I am sorry to say that the people of Valpoi are responsible for all this. They elect rubbish fellows to the Municipality and then cry. All these Gulelkar and others are chamchas of Vishwajeet Rane. Gulelkar is a thief who knows how to loot Vishwajeet so one can imagine the dirt and drainages in mess

  2. Abdula: the system of constructing drainage in Goa is a very crude one and unstable one. The PWD has wasted tax payers money on shoddy work or the contractors have to pay a big hafta to obtain the contracts. Shame on our system

Every town in Goa has a death trap with filth and mosquitoes hovering about. Once clean Goa has become the dirtiest place in India, this one side of Goa the Foreign tourists are not aware.
