HAS THE DEADLINE GIVEN BY MICKKY PACHECO EXPIRED? by Menino Fernandes

A little more than a week back Mickky Pacheco had given another Ultimatum to the government of Goa over the Medium of Instructions issue. Pacheco had warned the government to immediately give grants to the schools with English as MOI, failing which he said he would react and strike hard at the government.  A week's time was given to the government for action.
This was the second ultimatum by Mickky to the government as one more was give a couple of months before over his induction into the cabinet. It is certain that the time validity has expired of the ultimatum and we do not see any action as promised by Mickky Pacheco. This reminds us of the saying “Barking Dogs Seldom Bite”. The implied theory of threats, warnings etc by Pacheco have gone stale with the Goans.
Mickky was trying to “Make hay while the sun shines”. He was trying to attract sympathy for his forthcoming election campaign. Little does he know that the Goans are literate and not uneducated fools like him.
Are there anymore ultimatums left in his diary to the government? Given the mental structure of citizens like Pacheco one cannot predict how many more ultimatums are awaiting the Goans. It is like a circus where Jokers entertain people with their comedy. Mickky is one such joker who surely knows how to entertain Goans with his foolish and comical games.
The people of the constituencies of Benaulim and Nuvem should now see how these politicians play with people’s sentiments. MOI is something that the parents are worried about. People would like to see action at this stage and not ultimatums and vague promises. Politicians are used to give false and vague promises to the people as usual is their habit. These are the promises that are never kept up with. If the oath taken during the induction ceremony in the name of Almighty God can be broken so easily, then I see no reason why minor promises when moving door to door begging for votes should be kept.
We the people of Goa fail to see through these guys. We feel that a few rupees given to buy votes are something of great importance which do not last even eight days.  People should realise by now not to rely on the words of these undeducated fools who try to pull wool over the eyes of the public to gain mileage for their own agenda.
I wonder what the next ultimatum of Mickky Pacheco will be like in the forthcoming days of the struggles in Goa, struggles of any kind like MOI and other issues. These politicians should not be entertained at all and must not be allowed to come even closer to the dais where the meetings take place, as they do not love any issues but try to make the best use of it for their election campaigns.
NEXT ULTIMATUM BY MICKKY PACHECO IS AWAITED BY THE PEOPLE OF GOA.

  1. Everyone who is having their interests seem to be fishing in the MoI issue. We should give give some more time for Mickey to react as he may be too busy with the court cases or trying to work out who to fool this time. Regarding ultimatums your views also applies to FORCE and their famous March 25 deadline. They have turned out to be ones who cannot afford to bite as their false dentures are too expensive to suffer damage. CM does not mind any deadline. The only deadline matters to him is if the Varca strongman lives upto his threat which is only on paper of bringing down the govt. on the issue. All of us know it is only and eyewash to fool the people. The Goan people are too simple and allow themselves to be fooled repeatedly.

    Cool article Menino.
Dont forget the Ultimatum he gave to the Indian Express Newspaper to withdraw the allegation the made about him, of money laundering and muis-using his Us Green Card / visa.
He accused of defaming him and threatned to sue them for Crores of Rupees in damages.
This threat seems to have disappeared into thin air.
He has threatned to expose 9 other corrupt practices by other MLA`s.Let us await this with anticipation.
He has states 10 of the current MLA`s will be out of office(Goa Legislature) at the next elections.
I personally think MIckky is a "spent Force".He is in a Political wilderness & limbo at present.
He is like a rat ,caught in a corner, and not knowing which way to run for safety.
It will also, be very interesting to see ,which criminal case sticks and convicts him.
He used to make frequent trips to the USA. Suddenly this has stopped.

  3. What can a crooked man do! Mickky himself is a tainted person and the ultimatums of his are as bogus as he himself. He must be busy enjoying with some ladies along with his pimp Mathew kentucky and Lyndon Monteiro. These three are the main pimps of Goa. They supply girls to customers and Mickky is their incharge. People of Goa do not let this dirty man come and take our side for any cause as he is not doing it out of love for Goa but for himself and his business of prostitution in Goa.

Good article Menino. Mickky Mouse's ultimatum has gone into the mouse den along with him. He is only bluffing and fooling people of Goa. But what I do not understand how come people allow such donkeys to come for the meetings or occasions. Now another gang in Qatar is trying to bring in Churchill Alemao as the chief guest or is it some other politician? Whatever but a crook one of the 40 thieves of Goa. Shame on the Qatar Goans a real shame!

  5. There is also another saying in English "Less education no use of explanation" so we know what mickky the Tailor of Benaulim is. A beggar who thrived by all sorts of crime and as a pimp of girls.

  6. Goan politicians have always made promises but never fulfilled any, this man is no different. Yet Goans will support them in the next elections and even invite them abroad for Goan functions

Goan politicians and whores is Whores will sell l themselves due to desperate circumstances, Goan politicians are pimps that sell what is not theirs to the highest bidders. These pimps have destroyed Goa to build Mega Housing for GHANTIS. Mickky the traitor is no different. These rogues will lift your hopes higher only to be dropped at a snap of the fingers.

There is no difference between Mickky the stinky and the pig of Varca, both crooks have benefitted from immoral earnings. their promises are worthless. The pig of Varca MLA of Navelim deceived the voters he would oppose Mopa Airport but changed his stand after being paid to do so. Mikky is no better. Can he prove himself otherwise?

  9. This monkey is now busy distributing free books to the children and free seeds to the farmers like the other neighbouring chors Aleixo and Chorchill. Elections are near and attracting the public and gaining sympathy is the game. This immoral crook is just looking for the opportunity to jump on the sentiments of the parents to show himself as the messiah of their causes like Chorchill does and then abandon and discard the same.
