Goa has been in the news for a number of agitations. I remember the Anti - Konkan Railway agitation where in we stood like strong pillars to block the project but the railway ran over us. The fake leader of masses from Salcete was a part of this unsuccessful agitation.
One of the decent leaders of Goa, Mathany Saldanha managed to get himself elected as a M.L.A after heading the Anti-Metastrips agitation but unfortunately lost to the same Mauvin during the last elections.
How one can forget the massive Anti Regional Plan 2011 agitation by GBA? The government was forced to scrap the Regional plan 2011 but the present state of GBA is in front of our eyes. The genuine leaders of GBA disappeared.
Then came the famous anti-MOPA agitation headed by the fake leader of masses. Village level meetings were held in South Goa by the so called Varca Strong man but soon after the last assembly elections he and his SGF was smuggled by the Congress, he was gifted by the money making Kodel and that made him silent.
Before the last assembly elections the historic village of Cuncolim was also in the news for the fight against Polluting Industries from Cuncolim Industrial Estate. The then Anti-Joaquim gang is presently the "Joaquim Chamcha Sangh"
We can't forget the fight by the Sinquetim residents against the proposed bridge by their beloved fake leader of masses and the fight by the Carmona residents against the illegal Housing project by the Rahejas, also supported by the same fake leader of masses. Will Navelim and Carmona succeed? Only time will tell us.
Now it's the Medium of Instruction! Some are trying to give a political color to the same. Every now and then we give deadlines but nothing is happening. Action is the need of the hour. Politicians are known for making and forgetting their own statements. Some try to drag the issue till the coming Assembly elections so that they can make the best use of the issue. These politicians have always fooled Goa and Goenkars and at no cost we should allow these dirty forties to play politics with the career of our innocent Children. It is the question of the future of our Children and we need to win the same at any cost.
Goenchea saiba, give us the strength to act and save the future of our Children!
Mr. Joel Morais let me correct you as far as Anti Konkan Railway agitation is concerned. Goans as such were not against the Konkan Railway. Goans were only fighting for the re-alignment . We wanted the railways to go to the hinterland in order to get development.. We never wanted the railway to come to the Coastal route as these areas are overdeveloped; as you can see we do not have enough area to broaden even the Highways as we have to demolish people's houses.
ReplyDeleteIf we have failed to push the railways to the hinterland the Congress Party and its MP's like Eduardo Faleiro is to be blamed. He in particular thought that he is more patriotic to India than others and did not do anything for the people who lost the land to the Konkan Railway. They were paid peanuts for their land. Although they were promised one job in a family and shops at platform none got it. He in fact got a job or should I say IZMOL from Goans and is still enjoying benefits for being the traitor . He is the biggest post liberation traitor after Bandodkar . Hope he burn in Hell.

When will we Goans ever learn or will we ever, We are one selfish humans that think of ourselves rather than our siblings and their future.

TIME TO PROP UP THIRD FRONT INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES AND BE LOYAL FOR THE CAUSE TAKE GOODIES FROM POLITICIANS AND ENJOY THEN AND GO AND VOTE FOR THIS THIRD FRONT AND BRING CHANGE ......SUPPORT GRA AND MAKE THEIR WORK EASY.
REMEMBER GOODIES ARE BRIBES AND TAXES WHICH WE ARE ENTILTLED AND DONT GET FOOLED AS THAT IS YOUR HARD EARNED MONIES.

ReplyDeleteNo one should trust these two gundda type politicians, they now are luring FORCE and trying to save enough fuel for their next election support. No one should trust these Traitors, especially the Varca's gundda. He took Navelim constituency voters for ride when he fought the election under SGF against Congress with a slogan of Anti-Mopa in particular and won the elections then he blackmailed Congress to bring down the Govt. Soon the CM offered PWD portfolio to him also an entry into Congress and then in the bargain he gave up fighting the anti-Mopa fight for the people, He also gave up fighting for Dabolim Airport Forever, besides the support to Aquem Baixo people against CM grabbing the fertile agricultural fields in order to rehabilitate the illegal Migrant shop keepers (his vote bank) who were supposed to be made away to expand the Highway at Ravonfondd bridge. He betrayed the People of Navelim, and now he want to win the seat again. This time the traitor stand no chance at Navelim as per peoples comments overheard.
