Remo was awarded the Padmashree award, the highest honour India confers on a person with distinguished and meritorious service.
Remo declined this award as he had a great conscience.
What has Churchill been awarded?
I think all Goans will be extremely insulted by Churchill’s patronising remark about Remo being “just” a good Singer/Composer.
Do any of you Goans believe that Remo is only a good singer and composer?
Remo is held in very high esteem by Goans and Non-Goans, foreigners etc , all over the world. Brazilians and the Portuguese revere him.
What esteem does this Churchill have?
Remo has not only composed and played music. He also had the great vision and presence of mind to remark that Goa was being looted and raped.
Will Churchill ever admit to the "Political Rape and loot" he has committed?
Remo`s music inspires many people.
What does that Buffoon & Pig of Varca inspire? Does his Valanka inspire anyone?
Remo is world renowned.
Is Churchill world renowned? (except for some Organising Clowns in Dubai that kiss & lick his dirty feet clean and accept "BLOOD" money extracted from humble Goans as donations, from him.
Remo is highly educated.
Is Churchill educated?
Churchill & his pathetic family (Valanka included) have accrued wealth by smuggling, deceit, crookedness, thieving, pretending.
Churchill is alleged to have murdered his father and dumped him in the well to make it look like it was caused by his father’s drunkenness, for selling the family properties.
Churchill and his brothers were all criminals & smugglers. One brother got shot & killed for this.
Has Remo ever done any of this? Remo is a self-made man and a Hero to”ALL” Goans.
Remo commands more respect and honour,in his “little finger” than Churchill will ever command with his dis-proportional big head.
Churchill has accused all Goans of being “squealing Pigs”.
Remo on the other hand weeps and bleeds for the destruction of Goa and Goans.He cares deeply about their welfare.
Churchill says one thing in the morning, another thing in the evening and by night it assumes yet another dimension.
Has anyone ever heard Remo change in such a way? Remo`s concerns are consistent.
Churchill fights only for causes, for his family`s benefit only and one that swells his bank Account. The Indian Government is now after his foreign financial stash.
Remo has fought for all Goans and cares deeply about the future.
Churchill has absolutely no talents.
Can anyone say this about Remo? A great and multi -talented Goan.
Remo is held in high esteem by every Goan, everywhere in the world.I have never hear a bad thing said about him.
Remo`s music, in all languages is loved by every Goan of all ages.
He sings from his heart
Goans take a lot of pride in REMO. He has been a good ambassdor for Goa.
For Churchill to say he is a only a good composer & singer, and does not understand politics is an insult.
My dear and fellow Goans. We cannot allow this Pig Churchill Alemao to insult a Great Goan, REMO FERNANDES.
Arise and dish out the punishment to Churchill & his family for this insult, in whichever way you can. He needs MORE THAN A GOOD SLAP. Confine him & his family to history’s dustbin.

@N. Fernandes, if Chorchill is a chor and criminal, Remo is is a Soldier and a guard of our dying culture. We need to teach ourselves that brain is like any other muscle in our body and it can be developed by making it work hard. In Chorchills case, he only have the muscles and his brain don't work. Brain develops faster when challenged. Chorchill's brain is never challanged, so it never developed. And that makes him a real Coconut. Chorchill is presently suffering from mental imbalance and therefore keeps on shooting his dirty tongue. His fear of losing the portfolio is huge as he know that in lifetime, he will never get another opportunity to loot Goa. His days are numbered and his career as a politician has been a disgrace. He is well suited to be a smuggler but is he able to run away in a chase?

Remo is the torch bearer of Goan culture. He can feel the pulse of the people of Goa and this is reflected in all his songs. In the 80's he composed a song called 'Hello Mr Rajiv Gandhi'. In it he lamented about the political decay in Goa,corruption, pot-holed roads and pot-bellied police and politicians. That song is still valid today.

Remo Fernandes, the pop icon from Goa who has always been very critical of politicians as reflected in his hit of the last century titled Politicians do not know to Rock and Roll, was once again at his best taking digs at politicians at the Global Konkani Music Awards held at Mangalore on Sunday. While congratulating the organizers for such a magnificent show and complementing them for keeping politicians away, he also took a dig at Goans over their professed love for Konkani.

A multi-talented and speaker of four languages Konkani, Hindi,English, and Portuguese and highly educated that's our beloved Remo how can Churchhill not even a Niz Goenkar's name be compared with a Remo Churchill is a buffoon who cannot string one English sentence to put his views across.
