MARGAO: Additional sessions judge Desmond D'Costa on Monday granted anticipatory bail to Rosa Periera and Pedro Rebello who are charged for allegedly attempting to murder one Jeromino Periera with an iron rod.
While opposing the bail application, the prosecution sought custodial interrogation of the duo. However, the court granted anticipatory bail to both the accused upon furnishing a bond of 10,000 each and a surety of like amount. (TNN)
