TWO MIGRANT LABOURERS HELD FOR THEFT

BICHOLIM: Bicholim Police on Thursday arrested two labourers from Uttar Pradesh in connection with a theft case.
According to Bicholim Police, Satendra R Yadev (20) and Prabhakar G Kori (21), who earlier worked at the construction site at PHC Sanquelim, had committed theft of electrical equipments and drilling machines on April 22, 2010. A police team led by Hawaldar A D Gawas and Venkat Marshal after the inquiry went to UP and arrested the duo and recovered some of the materials stolen from the site. Bicholim PI Harish Madkaikar guided the team.
