THE RAHEJAS SAGA CONTINUES by Freddy Agnelo Fernandes, Dubai

Rising from the ashes is the right proverb to describe the on going Rahejas saga in Carmona. Legally it has to be demolished because it is illegal and stands no chance as per the law. It is a clear cut violation of the terms and condition of construction by the TPC for the Rahejas project at Carmona, wherein there is a stipulated clause that says this construction is illegal without a 10mtr road.
This clause was drafted by the authorities for whatever reasons, has to be adhered to, to legalise this anomaly. Hence at present it stands as an illegal structure and should me demolished.
Orlando Dias with the help of his villagers has been fighting tooth and nail against this mega project in his village and for obvious reasons that we all know the PWD minister has been backing Rahejas, justice for truth against the power of money. The PWD minister in his ignorance even approved the 10mtr road on his letter head, trying to hijack the usual democratic process. As the PWD minister, does he become the judge, the jury and the executioner ? Since when has Goa become a part of Libya or Cuba ? Now after all the opposition to the project, the uncanny wise men in the government have come up with a novel idea, a similar modus operandi as the one to save the luxury hotel of mining baron Timblo but here no ordinance was passed but none the less efforts to hoodwink the public is made by a provisional condition before the final NOC for occupancy is given. Here is another attempt to undermine the democratic process with autocratic measures.
The authorities know fully well, a 10mtr road is next to impossible unless people’s houses and compound walls are demolished. Is the government willing to hurt the very Goans that brought them to power to facilitate a non Goan builder for his money ?
I hope Goans from all over Goa support Orlando Dias in is fight for justice to protect his village from being destroyed, plundered and run over by outsiders and illegal mega housing projects. Save Carmona save Goa !

That does the pig of Varca Understand about Democracy? That goes for all the 40 thieves that have and are ruining Goa for the own Financial Gains. Will the government understand the feelings of the Goan people. Before Goa turns into a burning inferno Goans must decide at the next election and vote these thieves out. They will come with new promises which their crumb eaters will fall for it. The infrastructure is not adequate to accommodate these mega housing projects. Varca is due Sewer and Garbage treatment plans.

  2. When will the Goan Government understand Goa is a democratic Place? Will it take a civil upraise to make the Government understand Goan’s democratic rights? For the people by the people that is not the way the government sees. Political revolution will be the answer to Goan’s needs.

  3. Bravo Orlando for your courage and determination to fight tooth and nail against the mega projects in your village. The said truth is Our Goans are still licking the arses of the ministers for mere drinks, they are not bother about the future of their children. Our illeterate PWD minister will die like a DOG for selling Goa to ghanttis.

  4. The biggest thief of Goa is now busy giving party to the greedy and crumb eating Goans in Goa to make sure that he wins the next elections. It is the Goans themselves who think this pig of Varca is a good man and has done something for Goa. These Goans should suffer the most as their master Chorchill the pig of Varca will not allow them to live in their houses. He will throw all these very lickers out of their houses and give the houses for demolition for new mega projects to fill up his treasury.

Orlando Dias; you are a brave and patriotic so are those that are with you. About time Goans from every village are on the streets protesting against the government. The government is nothing but our paid servants turned criminals against their masters, so have some of the policemen. The destruction of Goa is unacceptable and we should stand up and fight. God forgive me fo saying this But the dukors of Varca should be vanished.

  6. This goverment is least bothered about goans, all the legislators think is about their personal gains from every opportunity. Can we please rise up and throw these most corrupt criminal ministers out of power in the next elections? Each of us can influence at least a few of our friends and relatives to reject these criminals and vote for new candidates endorsed by niz goenkars. The crumb eaters are a challenge whose mentality will not change, but trust me the moment their ruling mla loses election, they will jump onto the new winning candidate, like fleas. Chorchill, luizino & mickey mouse are largely responsible for the large scale land scams in the south of goa.
Mr Orlando is doing a great job opposing the combined efforts of chorchill, kamat and rahejas to build the stalled project. Uktimately, peoples power will win, so keep up with the opposition. Know that we are with you in your struggle for justice.

  7. Anaadi Goans who lick this ministers a*s*s should think, how

    1. Varca Pig can afford to give his son a BMW convertible
    2. Monster Rat can distribute washing machines, fridges etc to voters in Panjim ward elections. By the way, the rape case against his son is still pending.
    3. Mouse's nadia murder case, casino has been forgotten

Not forgetting another chor in Sequeira, and Alemao a**e licker D*ckamber Kamat.

Its high time Goans open their eyes for the next coming elections and put a stone round the neck of these pigs, mouse's,rats, kamats, faleiro's etc and throw them in the arabian sea.

    VIVA GOA

....better still...they should be lined-up,blindfolded and shot dead.
This is a simple moral of " one person destroying the lives and livelihood of the many".
This action will also teach those crumbeaters / ars- lickers trying to emulate their Masters that a similar fate will await them.
These Politicians are doing no more than de capitating Goa and the inhibatants, for their self preservation.
Churchill must be the foirst one to go.He is the cause of a lot of corruotion in Goa.The others like Mickky,Kamat etc are just emulating him,
Churchill is a plain uneducated Brute. He has aslso reared a family of crooks.
Hopefully like Ghadaffi, a similar fate awaits Churchill in due course.

Bravo Orlando!! and so as those people who are with you. Don't give up fight against this Dukor of Varca and his his tammed Dog's, they will do whatever illegal at their disposal to rein in terror to go against the people's wishes. What he thinks of himself South Goa Dictator?. Why is he hell bent of this project?. Because he'll get crores and couple of Bangalows to his big lip Leitao daughter and Son?. People of Carmona give full support to Orlando in his fight and believe what he is doing is for Goa and future generation and not for himself, Niz-Goenkar supporters are with you'll. This Dukor doesn't deserve to live he should be shot at once for all.

South Goa's coastal belt was at one time during my child days had great picnic spots. Today the same areas are covered with concrete jungles. Many residents do not have access as was before the concrete Jungle. Hotel owners have used force to block the access. The Alameao pig family of Varca other source of income was to protect the Hoteliers., Their hired GONDAS threatening the locals with Rape and murder if access to hotels were blocked.Goa needs more people like Orlando Dias and his villages (if there are any more out there let every one join in) To stop such projects. Better more a bloody upraise is in order.

Let us teach these corrupt politicians a good lesson they will never forget at the next elections. Orlando and the residents of Carmona need all Goans support to stop there projects, never say it's not our fight because the same sharks will come to your villages when they have finished one. Let us not fear the politicians crumb eaters, either they are for Goa or against Goa like their masters. The pigs family of Varca need to be kicked out of the earth and into hell.< ENOUGH IS ENOUGH>

  13. Kudos to Orlando and his brave hearts that support him in this voluntary service. Please don’t falter in whatever you are doing. Chorchill is really a dukor, because he is blotting like a pig day by day and one day he will be ready for the slaughter from his own people. Hope the wrath of the Devine God befalls on this English pig soon. Now if he doesn’t succeed in providing the 10 metre road, he will say he is ready to build a bridge over the houses to accommodate the Rahejas anyhow. He will try to fool the people anyway possible. And what you know the columns of the bridge will be in the compound and in the houses of the village people. Please good minded people of Carmona, please do not let these scoundrels come to partake in your village oppose them and fight violently tooth and nail. Let the good Lord protect us and save us.

  14. The Rahejas are the worst curse...wherever they spread their tentacles they carry along disastrous destruction to the environment let alone forceful acquisition of land through their foot soldier mafia network...just look at bombay and you will know what im talking about ...whole stretches of mangrooves were wiped off by these evil doers and the result is flooding year after year in bombay with destruction to life and property mostly borne by the poor and lower middle class..shame on those goans who support the Raheja group,Rustomjee Transcon etc

  15. I have cycled from Madeal to Varca and other places almost every day to buy pigs for by chorica making business. But the big pig of Varca known as chorchill is a slippery one never easy to catch. Anyway better that then giving my customers a bad stomach. Orlando Dias you and your supporters are doing a good Job and wish you success better then we residents of Madeal have. The Kadamba bus stop, the fish market and illegal constructions have damaged the beauty of our Village. Do not let these crooks destroy your villages too. Goans have always turned the other cheek out of piety, let us unite and learn to say NO MORE.

  16. Latest information to all: Raheja has total loss in this project, people are afraid to book appratments as it cost them 18 crores. Also the people are scared if they book the appartments for so much money they might be fool as the people protest and the protest going bigger. So the people of Goa its not Carmona's fight, today for them and tomorrow for you. So join hands and go there do not keep quiet make the protest bigger!

  17. I request the local Carmona youth and the youngsters to oppose and stop this nuisance in your village. The other villages should also support Carmona and Orlando. Just being there in numbers will make the difference. 1000 rupees spent on you during elections is not what you are worth. The government allocates crores of rupees for the public infrastructure and for a better life style for the common man. but alas we see who benefite by this amount. It is downright shameful that we have among us people who will vote for these rogues. You get help from your masters only when you beg. Why do you guys have to beg for anything or live off handouts when you can have all you want and mould your own destiny by bringing to power people who want to help you and give you what is rightfully yours?

Wake up people and bring down these rogues and the Rahejas. Once it is built you will not get another chance. If it is built then we will see to it that it is sold only to Goans. But let's try our best to bring this project down.

Churchill once stated if this project was completed, there would be lots of jobs for Goans as "WATCHMEN".
Perhaps his crumbeaters might be interested in such jobs.If not they must question his vision.
Churchill stands to get 1-2 Bungalows or Penthouses in this project.Thats his commission
Perhaps he has accquired free of charge, for his piglings and future piglets.
I think Churchill should approve a Mega Housing project in Varca in front or at the back of his house (Novangully) with a 10 metre road or,( on one of his ill -accquired properties), passing right through his house.I am sure many Goans will approve of this.
The road could also be big enough for a 6 lanes.
It would also be interesting to see which pig squeals the loudest should this ever happen.
No doubt VAlanks will be very happt to be a WATCHWOMAN.

Majority of you people are all dead walking now. If you read the BIBLE ( the Word of the true and living God, that is walking in the Earth now] you people would have known that according to God's Word everything is going according to God's predestined plan. All these are judgments coming upon mankind for refusing to accept God's Word and believe the devil [flesh man] and his lustful promises.

For putting God out of one's heart and operating with the opposite one from within. What can one expect from human flesh which is nothing but animal without God on His throne. Didn't Jesus say the Kingdom of God is within man ? And if Kingdom then also is the King and also His throne. Didn't Jesus say in 2 Peter 3 that in he last days there would come scoffers, walking after their own lusts? And also has stated in verse 7 that "the heavens and earth which are now by the same Word are kept in store unto fire against the day of judgment and spiritual ruin of ungodly man". God's Word is creative and is taking form and shape. Know the living God Now or never!!!

America in the past formed its nation under godly, holy Christian men and put God, the Lord Jesus Christ in every state, in government place of work, in educational departments and all institutions including the White house and all oaths that were taken and their dollar bills too. God was First everywhere. They carried God with them everywhere and the Lord God was First. Today they have put God out and turned towards the flesh man and God has also turned away from them by putting them into the hands of the muslim nation with a muslim ruler, have brought them so low by letting a handful of muslim man bring down the pride of America, the twin towers. America has fallen because they have put out the true and living God and have begun to worship the flesh(their naked women) AND THIS HAS CAUGHT UP IN GOA TOO. God has taken His hand off America and has let the flesh man take over because of the peoples unbelief in a true and living God. America will burn said the prophets.

A warning to Goa is to get back to our original Fathers and to turn away from this modern, perverted so called civilization which is nothing but destruction upon those who do not turn away and bringing destruction upon the generations to come.
The red alert signal already stands for Goa! Goa Beware!!! WORSHIP THE TRUE AND LIVING GOD!
Jesus said brother against brother and nation against nation. How true are these words!!!

    Senior Citizen, Goa

  21. With due respect sir, American dollar bill shows free masonry symbols, they did not have exactly God in mind. Besides some of the biggest chor mlas in south goa are catholics, who are mostly sunday christians and use religion for the vote bank. Religion when practised by self is good, but when it comes to enforce views on others, becomes problematic. Religion is responsible for much of the wars, blood shed and distrust between people on earth and this is exploited to the utmost by communal people & groups in India. I believe in God and also believe in being good to to others.
Besides our real concern is for Goa and true goans, mixing religion here will be a bit far fetched, sorry.
