  1. Cases like this should be dealt with a war footing and not with laxity. This is a serious concern towards the health of the people consuming the contaminated water.
Forming committees to look into and given the level of bureaucracy involved in the system the people will be the victims before any aid can arrive.
Hoping someone seriously considers the welfare of the people and take an immediate action.

Finally Margao Goa has hit oil.ViVa re baba we are rich now. The ministers will lay personal claims to the wells they will break coconuts and eat sweats. Vehicle repair garages bump their contaminated oil in the soil. The rotting garbage juices get soaked into the soil too which enters the underground water table. Very soon sewer water too will enter these wells of Goa, mainly where there are Mega housing Projects. Goa's well water always tasted better than the PWD tap water, So much for the 50years if invasion by India, by the next 50years wells will be used for holding of toilet waste. A sewer pipe line from every mega housing protect must be built to direct the waste to Varca at the PWD Chorhills house.
