People of Goa are confused with the behaviour of this Govt. By building Mopa Airport, we are granting full advantage to Navy to remain occupied our beautiful Dabolim Airport. Why can't the MLA's from marmugao and surrounding areas raise their concern to keep and extend the existing Dabolm Airport to its fullest and shun the Mopa dream?. If Govt. can initiate proceeding to vaccate the Navy from the Airport and surround areas, the place is vast enough to build Airport with International standard and with two runways. They don't want to do this because they will never benefit our of anything. But if Mopa comes to reality these 40 rogues will make fortune for themselves as well as for their next coming generations. People's curse will be upon them.

  2. Unless Goans are on the streets the governments of Goa will never learn to respect the wishes of Goan Citizens.

  3. With kick backs nothing moves in Goa. There is no need for the Mopa Airport because Dabollim is Goa's Civilian Airport occupied by the navy. Why don't the navy build a base in Mopa or go to Karwar.
