Goa has definitely become filthy, with plastic bags, garbage etc all along the roads. The beaches too are no longer pristine as I know it. With the commercialisation and hotels, there is plenty of garbage all around. The Goa Govt. along with the Panchayats is still looking for dumps and waste treatment plants.
This is now going on for years. Drive through Utorda and you will see a shop called Rex Wines that actually stores garbage in front and side of the shop.It consists of boxes / bottles/hoardings.All this filth is visible by Tourists that travel by in Tourist coaches the site is truly shocking and reflects badly on the cleanliness of Goans as a whole. Cleanliness is meant to be next to Godliness. This is not true in Utorda, Cansaulim, Majorda and elsewhere
What garbage are you talking of Mr Fernandes? Is is the one you can see at every nook and corner of Goa? True, you can see it, smell it and is a sore to the eyes.
ReplyDeleteThe other garbage that one wouldn't see well, smell or lying in corners are the Goan Politicians. This special type of garbage is more dangerous for every Goans health. Look at the big hip og garbage like Chorchill, Monkey Mouse, Monter Rats, Ranes, Cowmuth, Charas Naiks, Mauvin, Aleixo, Joking Alemao...this total garbage has sunken Goa almost below the brink. I wish the Good Lord above clear this garbage much earlier and clear Goa of this political garbage which is more harmful.
Garbage, Garbage, Garbage, Goan politicians are the biggest garbage of Goa. Is there any other garbage worst than the 40 Ali Baba's of Goa?
ReplyDeleteGarbage created by our politicians and Shanty towns created by our politicians. what next? Shit flowing in our rivers? one has to stand on Margao platforms an see pile of shit on the tracks the stink is unbearable .
