GUDLAR STOLE DRUGS FROM POLICE GODOWN

PANJIM: The Goa government has informed the CBI that police sub inspector Sunil Guddler, who was caught on camera, allegedly selling drugs to two foreign women, had stolen it from the police godown.   State Chief Secretary Sanjay Srivastava in a confidential letter to the central agency has said that Guddler committed theft of the drugs from the Anti-Narcotic Cell (ANC) godown. The letter, a copy of which is available with a news agency, was written on January 31, 2011 requesting CBI to take over investigations of this case.
Ayala Driham and Zarina, both foreign nationals, had caught PSI Guddler on spy cam while he was trying to give them drugs. The tapes were released on January 4, 2011. Seven policemen were arrested last year, when they stole drugs from ANC godown and sold it to Israeli drug lord Yaniv Benaim alias Atala.
This time, Guddler, who was the investigating officer in the Israeli drug lord David Driham alias Dudu case, is shown on camera hobnobbing with two foreigners, giving them drugs.
The CS has said that the special investigation team (SIT) formed to investigate Guddler case has found prima facie evidence into allegations against him. "Hence a case was registered at Crime Branch under different sections of Indian Penal Code, Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and NDPS Act," the letter reads.
The Goa government has said that cases involving Guddler and the seven cops have generated considerable controversy and "in the interest of fairness and justice and to impart credibility to investigations, Goa government has decided to entrust the enquiry in this case to CBI."
Goa government also handed over cases of Atala and the seven policemen to CBI by a letter dated January 21, 2011.  Srivastava, who is also the Home Secretary, said attempts were made to contact Swedish model Lucky Farmhouse, Atala's ex-girlfriend, who had caught Atala confessing of his links with the policemen. – PTI

One white ant, Ashish and his gang another group of white ants and the biggest white ant Chandrakant Salgaokar who is also a womaniser. All these white ants must have become drunkards or drug addicts.

  3. The first thing is the "baizon" known as Chandra-Cunt Salgaonkar should be dismissed and arrested. This man is a person who even sold his wife for sex to get his promotion. I wonder how he has survived specially with the disease he is suffering from.

If the department knows that Gudlar stole drugs from the police godown then why not dismiss him straight away? and why not dismiss those guarding the godown? else why not dismiss the top brass who if at all did not put a guard there?

  7. Now that we have the REAL rat in the trap and we no longer are dealing with assumptions, let the CBI interrogate this Rat called Gudlar.Let them get the other rats as well who were his accomplices. Just cannot imagine the level of corruption and the unethical behavior in the police department. The very police who is supposed to be guarding the stock of confiscated drugs steals these drugs and then Sells them. I just hope to see a life time sentence on these rogues.

  8. Why just this Gudlar, almost all the police officers are involved in robbing and looting. Look at their known source of income and the possessions. Everything they have is earned by curses that will spit fire on their lives. Police force in Goa is so corrupt that it is a shame to call them the sons of Goa. There are a few sincere ones like Menino and Shirish Thorat who left the department and struggled elsewhere to make a decent living and live with respect.

Gudlar stole drugs and the politicians sold them, that is the common theme in Goa. Let us unite and fight these rouges for a better Goa or we could hide and let the opportunity go by.
