GOA’s CM LOST IN DELHI by P. Cruz, Vasco da Gama - Goa

This is a true incident that occurred when Digamber Kamat became newly the Chief Minister with coalition of NCP, MGP and Congress.
There is a saying “When Kittens drink their mother’s milk they close the eyes thinking that no one is watching them”, so this is the case of Goan Politicians. But God is there; he is not dead and will never die. You might think what you are doing or done no one has seen it or no one will come to know. That’s wrong and one day you will be exposed and you will be in shame.
CM Digamber Kamat
As most of our ministers, MLA’s visits the capital for some official or party work on our cost, one day our CM was in Delhi this I am talking about when he became the Chief Minister during this time with coalition of NCP, MGP and Congress. When the Goan VIP’s are in Delhi they stay in Goa Sadan, every VIP’s of each state have their allocated Rooms or apartments. The security is too high and every time they have to log in and log out of the big complex. All VIP’s are provided with convoy (with red light cars and armed force) in front and back to check the security of the guest and no one can go anywhere without giving any information to the Chief Security officer of Delhi who is responsible for their security.
Our CM completed the entire task with the Party workers and came to rest in the evening in his room so he will catch the flight from Delhi to Goa the next day after launch. But in the next early morning our CM hired one private taxi and went alone somewhere without informing the Chief Security officer or neither his PA gave any information to the security to make arrangement for the convoy as per the rules. While going by the private taxi our CM just logs out on the gate. After sometime everyone was looking out for the CM as the Security officer became worried as he was informed by the security guards on the gate that the Goan CM has gone without Convoy and if anything happens then the blame will come on the security. The officer contacted CM’s PA in the Goa Sadan and the PA then gave all the details where the CM has gone. The officer with his security and the convoy went to the place where the CM was and gave him a sound word of advice about the breach of security. When CM finished the work he came to Goa Sadan, took all his things and went to catch his flight to Goa, but before he gave a good verbal thrashing to his PA for letting the officer know where he is. Now every one will think why CM did this he could have gone with a convoy and done his work. Now the truth about the kittens….
Outside Delhi after the main Town a few kilometres away there is an Industrial Estate same like Verna Industrial estate we have in Goa. Lot of Industries is located and some of them manufacture different things. Some manufacture Tins, some fire extinguishers, some tyres, etc. Our Dear CM had his own factory which manufactures Electricity Meter’s; I do not know in whose name this factory is. During the BJP tenure he was a minister and during this time the Electricity Department had changed the Meters in all the Goan Households. Why? For various reasons… but the true one is our CM received the contract for supplying the meters and had huge profit in that scam. I do not know who else are involved in that, you guys have brains and you know the culprits. Why BJP’s Mr. Parrikar is quiet on this issue and also the congress? And we are still waiting for any news to when they will inform us to change the Metre again? So this is how our CM got lost in Delhi…..

  1. These are all the meters that are dumped on us and now the electricity department does not have meters to give to the new subscribers. What a chor CM we have. Thank you Niz Goenkar and P. Cruz for bringing this before our eyes.

Digamber kamat is a chor in disguise. So very quietly he went to make a deal for himself, ignoring the security warnings and putting the jobs of the security into jeopardy. Must have got a heavy income from the company in return for purchasing the meters from them. What is going to be the fate of Goa with all these ugly minded ministers?

  3. Why was this story not put out by the top newspapers in Goa? Is it because the news media of Goa are paltu dogs of the politicians? We do not need such type of press.

  4. Politics in Goa is a one track mind. These corrupt politicians come elected with empty pockets, but before departure the treasury is empty. But they refuse to go because the next way to making money is Hafta, and other illegal activities.
