INDIAN TOURISTS ATTEMPT TO MOLEST A MINOR GIRL

Four Indian tourists attempted molestation bid of a minor girl at Pilerne, Saligao late Saturday evening. Eye witnesses reported that the incident occurred at the local LPG agency warehouse where the girl had accompanied her uncle to get a gas cylinder.
The uncle-niece had arrived at the warehouse at about 3:360 pm and were waiting for the agency to open till 8:00 pm. However the agency personnel did not turn up to release the refill. As they were waiting, a taxi with four Indian tourists stopped to make some enquiries with the girl’s uncle. As he was busy answering their questions, the other tourist took hold of the girl and tried to pull her into the car. However their attempt was thwarted by a passing truck along. The four tourists fearing for their lives fled from there. It was noticed that they had removed the number plates from their car.
The girl and her uncle however refused to file a police complaint, as they had come for a refill of gas cylinder and blamed heavily the agency for the incident. Due to the failure of the agency to open on time they said led to this incident. According to the man, the girl’s uncle it was the same story everyday. People are asked by the agency to be at the warehouse by 3:30 pm but they do not turn up till late hours. No one seemed to be interested to do anything about it.
Another villager, who was stranded from 4 pm onwards said that this was the fourth time that he was there and yet had to go back without a gas cylinder. The villager also said that it was a waste of time and money.
As per rules the agency has to deliver the gas cylinders at home within an area of five kilometers and not cause inconvenience to the people. Even though people tried to contact the agency owner he could not be traced. Such inconvenience specially to the ladies can be bad as there is no security nowadays.
NIZ GOENKAR ADDS: Our Goan ladies are not safe on our very own streets and our very own locality.  The Indian tourists seem to take for granted that there is no law and Goan females can be molested as was done by the invading Indian forces in 1961.

  1. First of all the government should take action against these LGP Agencies Godown owners , who have taken Goans for a long ride. No one in Goa has anything good to say about these LGP suppliers.
These Non Goan Tourists BASTARDS came to Goa to commit the vicious crime, as the taxi had no number plates. These BASTARDS should have been caught by the local Goans and given a good trashing. I for one would cut off their manhood. Lucky for the Truck the girl was safe. I can understand why they did not report the matter. The law does nothing to help the victim. Even if caught they are set free due to lack of evidence, or in competence by the law enforcers in compiling a case. Goans need to demand change of law and demand harsher punishment, If it means breaking away from the central Law, so be it. The welfare of Goans is Paramount Unity is a must.

  2. Did not any of the Goans have a gun in that area so that they could shoot down these Indian dogs who tried to attack an Goan Girl?

  3. Those people standing in the queue could have caught hold of the bastards, Indian ghantis and broken their skulls. When it comes to protecting our Goans against the outsiders this is the way it should be dealt.

  4. How come our ministers do not say a word about this incident. Is it that the modesty of a Goan female not important to these politicians?
