BANGLADESHI NATIONAL RAPES OWN DAUGHTER IN GOA

Now the Bangladeshis have also started making Goa their haven. This was all that was required in Goa next to the huge influx of migrants from other states of India. This man Azad Mia lived with his family in Ponda right under the nose of the Ponda Police and the Home Minister Ravi Naik.
The victim the 14 year old daughter in her complaint stated that, “In the absence of my mother, my father took me to the bed room and raped me in April, May and September 2009, after tying my hands and legs.” The Ponda police have registered a complain against the accused Azad Mia under section 376, 323, 354 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8(2) of Goa Children’s Act. The accused was arrested and nine witnesses were examined and their statements were recorded. One of the witnesses has disclosed that the victim had informed him of the situation long back but she did not want to go to the police as her father was the sole bread winner of the family.
The case has been chargsheeted. The charge sheet mentions that the medical examination of the victim has confirmed rape and that some teeth bite marks and some abrasions were found on the body of the accused likely an effort of resistance.
Who brought this man to Goa? Is he and his family holding passports from Bangladesh? Who gave them the entry visa then? These are the various questions that should be asked to the authorities.
This animal from Bangladesh commits a heinous crime in Goa of raping his own daughter. The very though will shudder the Goans of sex with ones sibling. There should be more of these Bangladeshis in Goa hiding especially in Ponda. The Ponda police instead of sleeping and raising high alert on smaller things, should now get their pants on and start combing thoroughly the entire Ponda jurisdiction to search for more of these illegal immigrants.
NIZ GOENKAR ADDS: Those Goans who have acquired Portuguese or British or US or any other nationality come to home for holidays, the police come in search of them to check the visas and if the stay in Goa is legal. All these illegal foreigners in Ponda are there with the blessings and patronage of the Home Minister Ravi Naik.

  1. Who allowed the bangladeshi nationals into Goa? I looks like the Goa police are totally unfit for security. If these illegal immigrants can skip the police eye, what would the polished and well trained terrorists do? Goa police are totally useless and so also the home minister.

  2. Goans have been too tolerant with these criminals from outer states. In this case from outside India. Goans need to safe guard their own interest, New laws to protect Goans must be written, If it means breaking from the Central Government Law so be it.

  3. Such a horrible act and a disgusting crime. Hanging him would be the best option. God save Goa from all these type of criminals who have also started coming from other countries.

  4. The poohlice are useless and so is Ravi Naik. The judicial system is a failure and the common man is at the mercy of these Goondas. It is time we unite and reply to these monsters. We take care of our security by coming out in numbers everytime one of us is in any problem. We fight united and you will see that in the end no one will be able to take us for granted or scare the living daylights out of us.
