  2. While the rich get let off for every crime they commit, the poor have to pay a heavy price even for a petty offence. The amount found in procession of the Minister is way beyond any justifiable conclusion. This equation just cannot be justified, whether its personal, or for that matter even if it was a donation being taken to H.H Sheikh Mohamed. For sure now the very system that got the tip off and deplaned the minister will have a lot to play with the declared figure. As the way things are the total quantum of money seems to be flactuating minute by minute just like the stock exchange. Is this a Loophole in the system to ease the stress on the Minister? Well this is anyones guess given the past records of people in power.

  6. This is the lesson for the Goan crumbeaters to learn. You , crumbeaters roams with them and support duriing elections. you eat the crumbs and they hoard crores of crores of rupees. Most of our politicians are having properties in the foreign countries by swindlings and illegal means. The people of Goa should take the law in their hands and stone the politicians to death.

  9. "Monserrate let off after hours of quizzing by Customs?"

Bullshit! The other rats (Customs officials) must have definitely recognized one of their own and let him go after pocketing their share. The "hours of quizzing" is just another gimmick to fool the public whose money he was running away with.
