MARGAO: The Margao town police on Tuesday arrested three persons believed to be a part of a gang of robbers involved in pick-pocketing and stealing goods from parked vehicles. Police sources informed that one person was nabbed by the police on suspicion after they were informed by the public about his suspicious movements near the Margao municipality.
Upon interrogations, the suspect admitted to being part of a gang of robbers, and that led to the arrest of two more accused who had checked into a hotel in Vasco. Police said that Mohammed Ahmjed, Mohammed Sharvar and Musaheed Hussain hail from Uttar Pradesh.
Well done Goa police for arresting robbers gangs involved in pick-pocketing and all the police involved should be awarded highest order award. The one arrested in Margao is the brother-in-law of Goa's CM Kamat.
