The name Tahir says it all. Forgive me for harping: These type of crimes were never heard off during the Portuguese ruling days. During the 60s it was shocking to hear of Robberies or any other crime that would be the news of the year. Today Non-Goans do not fear the law in Goa as it designed to protect Indian Political Criminals. Just take a look at how our Goan Politicans and their families get away committing crimes.
