Why only government officials? What about the elected chors? Government officials are there to listen to the commands of their illiterate political bosses.
ReplyDeleteHere is another "RANT" from the sleeping Chief Minister.
ReplyDeleteGoans have been demanding good & ethical governance for a very long time.
Is the CM deaf.?
The CM is good at making proclaimations and coming up with crazy innovations...but never folows them up.where is Aam admi?
Regardless of e-servoces and now m-services...goans can still expect "Corruption" will still be rife.
This is what Goans are crying out for....eradication of corruption in all Gove .departments, services ,officials etc.
The Chief of all corruption is The Chief Minister himself.
Wy do the Public have to approach an MLA to get their work done?
The General public also have to pay thrice.Once for the basic service they require, and then to the corrupt Department official and finally to the corrupt MLA.
The CM should first try and solve these basic issues, before introducing the "all singing & all dancing" E-Services & M-Services.
