COURT REJECTS THE PLEA OF MICKKY TO RELEASE SEIZED ARTICLES

MARGAO: The Margao sessions court on Monday dismissed an application filed by former tourism minister Francisco 'Mickky' Pacheco seeking release of his laptop computers, cell phones and other articles seized by the police during a raid on his offic eand residence at Betalbatim in connection with the Nadia Torrado death case in June this year.
The court held that the material is in possession of the central forensic laboratory at Hyderabad and since the case is under investigation, it cannot direct for the release of the same.
Pacheco had moved the application on December 4 to get back his possessions. During the hearing of the case, the prosecution pointed out that the case is under investigation and the items cannot be handed over.
Pacheco has been named the prime suspect in the case of the death of his friend Nadia earlier this year. Pacheco was released on conditional bail in the case.
Meanwhile, it may be recalled that Pacheco had moved a similar application to release five laptop computers and three mobile phones which were seized by the CBI in an alleged illegal immigration and money laundering case registered against him. (TNN)

Mickky `s vanity and belief that he is some sort of "superior" being makes him think that every one must adhere to his wishes.
He is not fuly in charge of his senses since the Torrado case and subsequent Money laundering case.
I recently read that his advocate was a Mr Naik.
so I am wondering what has happened to Adv.Anacleto Viegas.
Additionally at the Birthday celebration for Monkeys, there was not a lot of mention of Adv. Viegas.WHy???
Can anyone throw some light on this.

  3. N. Fernandes,

I missed all the fun for almost a week since I did not have access to to internet after arriving in Goa. Now I am trying to catch on all the missed posts and comments. I wonder if Micky or Monkey mouse will even understand the meaning of "vanity" and "belief". He must be running around looking for his better educated friends (if he has any) asking for translation of the above words.
