THE RAVI NAIK CONSPIRACY by Roque Manuel Coutinho, Quepem

Mr Ravi Naik has give a FALSE written reply in the State Assembly. In his desperation to shield his son who took pride in portraying himself as a Drug Don in Anjuna and the North Goa Drug Cartel, he is announcing that the Goa Police do not have a list of the Drug Traffickers in Goa.
When he says that an answer to the query to spell out the names and number of drug peddlers 'operative' in the state could not be 'formulated' as "No person can be said to be 'operative' as crime of drug peddling is a clandestine activity and there are no open traders of drugs," and "As such, giving the number of such peddlers operative in the state with their names and number of Indians and foreigners is not legally possible, "he is talking nonsense. If no person can be said to be an operative as drug pedaling is a clandestine activity and not done in the open according to Mr Ravi Naik, (Niz Goenkar 17th March) can he please tell me why are people selling Ganja in small quantities being raided, arrested and prosecuted by the anti narcotics department ( articles that come in the local newspapers) and why do we have such a department squandering the tax payers money.
Why were several policemen as well as two Israeli drug dealers arrested and subsequently released, in spite of a Swedish model and a former girlfriend of a drug dealer had uploaded incriminating videos on Youtube? Furthermore not only the Swedish Model Lucky Farmhouse, who said in an interview to an Israeli newspaper that Naik's son had links with Yaniv Benaim alias Atala but also Fiona McKeown, mother of slain British teenager Scarlett Keeling had also blamed Roy Naik of being linked to drug trade during the trial into her daughter's alleged sexual assault-cum-death. Why was Lucky Farmhouse and Fiona McKeown not used as potential witnesses to prosecute the drug dealers and the seven policemen? Is Mr Naik the boss of bosses in this Cartel? I would like to know on what basis and how were the two Israeli and seven police officials arrested on drug charges in the first place If no person can be said to be an operative as drug pedaling is a clandestine activity and not done in the open (according to Mr Ravi Naik). If these criminals were kept in judicial custody pending trial like all the petty dealers that the ANC have arrested and prosecuted the cat would have come out of the bag. Mr Ravi Naik I would advise you to read your written reply given on the floor of the house again and you will realize that it would not even fool an idiot.
You should be prosecuted for giving a false written statement in the Assembly when you say that an answer to the query to spell out the names and number of drug peddlers 'operative' in the state could not be 'formulated' as "No person can be said to be 'operative' as crime of drug peddling is a clandestine activity and there are no open traders of drugs," and "As such, giving the number of such peddlers operative in the state with their names and number of Indians and foreigners is not legally possible. Hand over this investigation to the CBI or if you want an independent investigation done make me an Officer on Special Duty in the narcotics department with the facilities to investigate and my own team and I will give you a list of not only the names and number of drug peddlers 'operative' in the state but also their accomplices in the Police Force who have profited from this clandestine activity.

  4. Ravi Naik is one great disgrace of Goa. He has brought ill repute for Goa. The Goa Police are pampered by this criminal home minister who along with his family is involved in selling drugs to the innocent souls, ending their precious lives. He and his sons are after money to accumulate and distribute to the criminal supporters who will terrorise people to vote for criminals. People like Ravi Naik should be stoned in public for closing his eyes every time a drug case is mentioned. It is on a daily basis that drugs are hauled in Goa. If the people of Goa don't wake up and kill these monsters through the ballot box, they will kill us.

Roque this donkey motorcycle pilot Ravi Naik who is a 5th class fail is the home minister. In UK when we tell our British friends that in Goa we have a Home MInister who is 5th class fail, PWD minister who is 7th class, Education Minister 8th class, ex-Tourism Minister who is 9th Class etc they laugh and laugh. They find it so amusing that they think the voters themselves are uneducated. How can a country run with such uneducated ministers. Their leader is an educated fool and a liar Digambar Cowmuth. It is still rumoured that Roy Matka Naik son of Pilot cum Matka king Ravi Naik is still running his drugs business in Goa free handed with the hand of the SOB, monkey Chandrakant Salgaonkar the Dirty Pig of Police department

this case of police politicians drug nexus is so deep that when investigated many of top police men will be found to guilty of promoting drug trade .
this home minister has got proof against many top police and vice versa, the end result is each one stays silent and protects one another.

will the goan people get justice as long as these criminal alliances exist in goa????????????????

  7. There is no fair law in Goa, Politicians have hijacked the law to protect their criminal activates. The politicians' families to use the law to satisfy the criminals deeds. Had the Goan law been fair many politicians would have been sitting in Jails.

  8. When crime has increased 10-fold with even our temples and churches being robbed and now the small children of Goa are committing suicide........ Very, very sad.... A society in decay.......... It did not happen overnight, thanks to the leadership of the 40 CHORS in Goa. We know that Roy is a drug kingpin. The Cowmuth is hand-in-hand with the motorcycle-pilot. All dishonest rouges! To the Goans that recently voted in favor of the Monster Rat-rapist-father, shame on you all. You all have blood on your hands. You all know the truth and still vote that way!...Maybe you all can join the Freedole Farters in the silver jubilee celebrations to honor our new Indian Rulers.

  9. Ravi Naik or the King of Matka and Drugs is bent on saving his sons from the drugs trade and hence closing his eyes towards this evil. Only Criminals rule Goa and the state of affairs with the drugs-police and politicians in Goa is a big nexus that has to be dismantled and disabled to save the public of Goa suffering at the hands of these criminals.
