The former Chief Minister of Goa, Manohar Parrikar, officially had carried out so many of his own manipulative agendas in the most sophisticated manner including corruption, but unfortunately, had left no clue and the much talked 2004 IFFI scam too was no exception.
Therefore, the CBI’s decision to suddenly close the infamous 2004 IFFI scam case against Parrikar for lack of evidence was on expected lines. The whole world knows how Parrikar had fooled Goans, especially during the building of the IFFI infrastructure in 2004, but to see him still triumph against all odds and that too, in spite of having a Congress government at the centre, is something really incredible.
Why is this sudden volte-face on the part of the CBI, that too, at the time of CCP polls? Or is it the same ruling Congress party which forced the CBI to close the case against Parrikar so as to reward him for keeping his mouth shut against all its most corrupt ministers till the next assembly elections in Goa? Time alone will tell. Till then, let ‘susegad’ Goan fools give a loud applause to the Congress party by signing this dangerous deal with Parrikar for its own political survival in Goa.
Any way we are sending all the national party MLAs
ReplyDeletehome for the next election
