I HAVE A DREAMMMMM !!!! by Vinod Naik (BA Geography)

After a couple of days of rough weather it was a first calm day. To enjoy the cool evening every body had descended on the beach.  A little girl from next door had also come to the beach to have fun.  All were having a nice time. suddenly every bodies attention went to the little girl who was running up and down collecting a star fish each time from the shore which were washed ashore in millions due to the rough weather at sea and releasing it in the water.
One gentleman gave a curious look at the girl and asked, My little baby, what difference it makes if you save one starfish when millions ARE GOING TO die? the little girl lifted another starfish went to the water and released it in the water and said, uncle definitely it will make a hell lot of difference to this starfish which I have saved just now.
The greatest leaders who ruled the hearts of the people of their generation didn't do great things but they did small things in a great way.
Most of us are of the school of thought that we will change the whole world overnight, its not possible first I have to change me then my home will change
When the houses change the village will be changed when villages change, the talukas, states countries and the world .
Lets attempt to do at least one more good deed every day for the sake and to save our mother land Goa and see the difference.  Don't think of changing the Alibaba and forty thieves overnight, they will automatically get changed.
There is a little story about four people, named everybody, somebody, anybody, and nobody.  All of them wanted to make their state free of corruption by ministers and government officers, rapes, robberies, gundaism, road deaths, fights, murders, custodial deaths, etc etc Everybody was sure that somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it' But Nobody did it, Somebody got angry about that,
Because it was Every-bodies job, Everybody thought that anybody could do it, But Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it,
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done!!! We are not Some/Every/No/Anybody, What ever I say if I can’t do it I don't tell and expect from others. All of us have to take a promise that
“I WILL BE THE CHANGE THAT I AM DREAMING OF"
LETS SING TOGETHER
I HAVE A DREAM!
IN THE DREAM I WANT TO SCREAM!
I HAVE A DREAM TO DREAM!
I HAVE A DREAM TO CLEAN THE ENTIRE STREAM!
I HAVE A DREAM THAT I WILL BUILD A TEAM!
I HAVE A DREAM THAT YOU WILL FULFILL MY DREAM WITH FULL STEAM!
I HAVE A DREAM FOR THE DREAM I WANT YOU TO GIVE A THEME!
I HAVE A DREAM, I HAVE A DREAM, I HAVE A DREAM!
I WANT YOU TO HAVE A DREAM TO MAKE GOA SUPREME!
JAI GOA!

    dear
as i was going to work i saw a goan shouting at a road side cart vendor
i stopped to see what was going on .
he was telling him to remove his cart from a road side junction,
he was about to overturn the cart.
the ghanti took the cart and went away.
this ghanti will take the cart somewhere else and do business.
can we see another goan telling all the roadside ghantis to remove their carts from the goan roads.
or we will go and buy from them.
    the choice is ours
I WILL REMOVE THE CART, WILL YOU DO IT ?
THE PERSON WHO DID IT WAS ME
IF YOU HAVE STILL NOT DONE, DO IT
    I DID IT
    NOW YOU DO IT

    A GOAN IN DISTRESS

  4. Vinod... You really inspire us. With your small but meaningful articles, you make my day. Keep it up buddy and let us fight together with NizGoenkar, and not say that is not my job, let NG fight and if they win then I will have a beautiful Goa. Like your story goes, this should be everybody's job and not just somebody's or anybody's or nobody's. If somebody or anybody or nobody joins together, Everybody will be a force to reckon with. Let us keep it up. God Bless you and give you more inspiration to write more such articles.

Vinod nice article and woderful sense in what you write. Yes it is everyones job to bring up Nizgoenkar and fight for Goa.

But I do not agree with you that we cannot chage the 40 Alibaba immediately. We can do that when we win 10 seats then the rest of alibaba will be changed. Rome was not built in one day or one month or one year..... but Monte de Cruz our ex minister build Fatorda stadium in 6 months. And why we cannot defeat these chors overnight? This is last election for Goans, will you wait untill Goa is full of Ghantis? I cannot do that I want to win the battle as soon as possible before more of these ghantiss built their nest in Goa.

Now the trend have changed:Before love was blind, now the love has eyes as well as eyelids, its not blind.

Rome was not built in one day.... but Monte De Cruz built the fatorda stadium in 6 months. This stadium is of new generation, so we first need to change our mindset.

This is not Critism but this is my opinion1
