PANJIM: Adv. Aires Rodrigues has today accused retired Judge of the Bombay High Court Mr. Nelson Britto of enjoying illegal police security.
Adv. Aires Rodrigues has stated that though Justice Nelson Britto had retired on Jan 8th this year, the police personnel were still posted at his Porvorim residence causing a further unnecessary and illegal financial burden to the State Exchequer.
In a letter to Goa’s Chief Secretary Mr. Sanjay Srivastava today Adv. Aires Rodrigues has demanded that this illegal police security be immediately withdrawn and that the illegal expenditure incurred on it be recovered from the retired High Court Judge.
Adv. Rodrigues has also demanded action against the police officials responsible for deploying this illegal police security.
Stating that all perks and privileges cease on the day any authority or official retires, Adv. Rodrigues has said that the law has to be complied by all with the higher ups leading by example.
Expressing anguish that a retired high judge was flouting the law, Adv. Rodrigues has stated the guardians of law could not themselves be breaching it.
Judge Britto is one of the most corrupt Judge of Goa.He is the one who let Drug Mafia Ashish Shirodkar free with useless strictures and laid foundation for Atala to escape from Goa with full support from Cowmuth Digambar Kamat Government. He could have easily monitor the serious Drug nexus case but prefer to take huge amount of money from Ravi Naik & Drugs mafias to sabotage the Drugs nexus case...let this dog Britto have his own private security if he fear harm from drug mafias whom he once supported. Till today he did not learn lesson or consequences of Drug, prostitution even after one of his nephew is infected with dangerous disease “AIDS”
ReplyDeleteMario is dead right, this judge was kept hear in goa, without a transfer, unlike his fellow justices, with a ulterior motive, just to help his best friends in their cases , and his best friends are the goan rulling party politicians
