MAYEM: Opposition Leader Manohar Parrikar has appealed to villagers to support BJP wholeheartedly to save Goa from the rule of Congress party, which is bent upon selling the State either to the mine owners or to corrupt people.

Speaking further, Parrikar alleged that no file from the government department moves forward unless a 15% commission is fixed. He said while some villagers are facing acute poverty, the ministers are enjoying on the commission.
“Real freedom fighters have no status in the nation, while terrorists are treated as guests of the nation and this is the extreme peak of indicating that the State is heading towards downfall,” he added.
Speaking on the occasion, North Goa MP Shripad Naik said even after 50 years of liberation, Mayem villagers are still living in slavery and misery and this is the worst state of any democratic nation.
“Many martyrs from Mayem village have lost their lives during the liberation movement, but after liberation their families got nothing but insults and slavery and this was only because of some of the elements existing in the State government which are still petting Portuguese rule and hence a time has now come to dethrone such elements,” he stated.
In his speech, freedom fighter Nagesh Karmali said the State government can solve the issue of evacuee property of Mayem in a simple manner, but some people in the government do not want to sort out the issue, as they are not caring people.
Mayem MLA Anant Shet expressed solidarity towards dedications of freedom fighters which paved the way towards liberation. MLA Rajesh Patnekar also spoke on the occasion. About 70 freedom fighters were felicitated with shawl, srifal and memento.

The best time Goans ever had was under Portuguese rule. You can deny it to gain votes. Traitors like you have killed the Portuguese language, Goan esteem and made Goans Ghantti in their own country.
All Goans who are affiliated with any foreign parties like the BJP. Congress, NCP and any other Indian parties are traitors of Goa, they should be stoned in public.
Parrikar, we were not serving a foreign master the Portuguese, the Portuguese were true owners and rulers of Goa, they were in sub continent of India for more then 450 years. The Portuguese protected us from the Muslim rulers, from Marathas and other enemies. They gave us love, respect and name. the Indian invaders took everything from us.
You'll see that when you will loose the election, the BJP has blindfolded you. When one Ghantti stays in some one else's property for a year the property belongs to the Ghantti, the Portuguese were in the sub continent long before India was formed by the British, the Portuguese language was long before English was officially excepted in British India.
I can't ask you to join NG, as NG has no place for traitors like you, your child learns and studies English, the villagers and neighbors children must study Marathi and Hindi-
Pedro, however much I tend to agree with you, you must keep in mind that Goa belongs to India now and can never be a part of Portugal. History is History. The need of the hour is to save Goa from the stink it has sunk into. This can only be achieved by getting rid of the corrupt and get Special Status for Goa. Nehru (the no good that he was) once said that Goan people are strange. Indeed we are strange and different from the Ghanttis and we need to maintain that. Unfortunately we are too susegad. We need to wake up.
ReplyDeleteThere should have been two garlands of slippers. One to be put round the neck of the freedom farter Naguesh Karmali and the other one for the RSS hero Manohar Parrikar. Manohar Parrikar is the hater of Christianity and Islam. Though he does not show, he once during a confidential meeting with the RSS (my nephew, a then press reporter was present there unknown them)heard Manohar Parrikar quietly telling the cadres of RSS that it is time to wipe out the Christians of Goa and liberate Goa from Christians and the muslims. This is the real picture of a PARRIKAR who studied in a Catholic Institution. I CHALLENGE MANOHAR PARRIKAR TO DENY THIS.
ReplyDelete@Pio antao, I would disagree with you. Goa never belonged to India nor does it belong to India. In this aspect Pedro is right. But now since we are powerless to drive away the Indian army and Navy out of Goa, We have to strive to drive away the Indian controlled politicians and that includes all BJP first, CONGRESS and NCP too.

ReplyDeleteNice to see you care, never did I say that we should bring in Portugal back to Goa. This is impossible, (such a word "impossible" is not in my dictionary) any way, Why was the Portuguese language destroyed in Goa?, why are the Comunidades land and Bandha being destroyed in GOA?.
Why is there a corruption from top to bottom? for your information likewise other countries or state there are no private gangs in Goa, as the Politicians, Public servants and Police are the biggest Chor and Criminals in Goa, they don't have competition.
If I want to have the same life as my fore-Fathers had prior to 1961, is that a sin!!, does that mean I want Portugal back!!. I think you misunderstood what I've written.
Never say, also in your sleep that Goa belongs to India, if somebody encroaches your property or robs it through false documentation, That Property always belongs to you and not to the encroaches.
We Goans have unresolved business at the UNO, but we don't have representation who can represent us at the UNO. A Goan can't do it, only the people's representative can fight this in behalf of the people of Goa.
50 years of drifting in the Ocean, if we don't fight now, we'll get drifted even more further in the Ocean. BJP, Congress, NCP are drifting us even more, we need a good Captain to bring our Ship back to the shore and that is NG. (This is the reason you think and they made you think that Goa belongs to India, even though it's done by invasion) it's 5 Generation that are thought wrong history in Goa and maybe this is one reason you thoughts are not in par with mine.
