The ground reality of the sordid state of affairs is only confirmed with the Union Law Minister Dr. Veerappa Moily himself admitting in Goa that the people of India do not have faith in the justice system. He admits that as all is not well causing people to resort to insurgency and naxalism.
Dr. Moily needs to do less talking and initiate concrete measures towards rectifying this alarming situation. Alternatively he needs to step aside and make room for someone who can deliver and steer us out of this current (in)justice delivery system.
India’s Aam Aadmi is a burdened lot with transparency and accountability still lacking in the administration. The cancer of corruption is at its peak and in Goa we are witnessing the administrative chaos compounded with the Governor Dr. S.S.Sidhu claiming not to be a Public Authority merely to circumvent the RTI Act.
Aires you should have not lied to us. We hate khalap but we hate him because he thinks Marathi is language of goa and our beloved konkani is just a dilect of marathi. You told us that he is doing corruption by forming that Arbitration centre etc and we believed u. But u cheated us who believe in the cause of goa. First of all u said that the trust is khalaps private trust when it is a public trust. then u filed a complaint for the missing file like a fool. u were lucky because the file was found or else police would have arrested u for stealing the file and then complaining. Then u got some letter from some govt official and complained that arbitration trust has nothing to do with govt. We were so humiliated when CM Digamber and Indias law minister both came out in its Support. Then u said khalaps son is land grabbing when he seems to have purchased land from someone and there is no complaint on the person who sold the land to him. But above all u said there were criminal cases of cheating against khalap when he became chairman of law commission when those cases were filed by PArrikar/RSS with political motivation and govt was in process for withdrawing them which the govt did ultimately. Whose side are u? R u a RSS man? iv seen u praising parrikar lot of times. he may have claimed to do many good thing for goa but recently his RSS boss velingkar called us catholics dogs of portugal at a meeting at ponda. Aires ur lies have made our cause suffer.

I don't know if he has become an Advocate through cheating, he should ask his money back from the university where he did is degree.
