MICKKY PACHECHO MAY SIDE WITH BJP

PANJIM: Stating that the law and order situation in the state was deteriorating, the former tourism minister, Mr Francisco Xavier Pacheco has warned that if the government fails to act immediately then Goans would be forced to come on the streets and teach the politicians, who he described as mute spectators, a lesson.
Addressing a press conference here on Saturday evening, Mr Pacheco said that the Home department was in shambles and the police, who were supposed to control the law and order, were themselves involved in various "criminal" activities (including nexus with drug traffickers) and this needed to be stopped before more damage was done to the state.
He said that as a conscious citizen of the state he along with some political parties and non-government organisations would launch a drive to cleanse the state of the rot. He also said that he would join hands with the Bharatiya Janata Party and the forum formed by Mr Dayanand Narvekar to protect the state from the ills affecting it and its looting.
Taking exception to the "clean chit" given by the All-India Congress Committee general secretary, Mr B K Hariprasad to the state government and commending its performance, Mr Pacheco asked how a person from New Delhi could give a certificate of good governance to the government when "everything" was going wrong in Goa.
Alleging discrimination against him, he charged that the Home Minister, Mr Ravi Naik, and his son, Mr Roy Naik, were in nexus with the drug traffickers and wondered why no action was taken against them.
The former tourism minister charged that none of the ministers in the cabinet or the ruling party have uttered a single word against misuse of police. He also said that the "so called" saviours of Goa were not interested in the welfare of the state and were busy collecting commissions from the contractors.
Mr Lyndon Monteiro, former OSD of Mr Pacheco said that people have come forward to lay bare the wrongdoings of the government. He also questioned as to why no FIR was registered against police officials in the death of Cipriano Fernandes. He also alleged that a cabinet minister had pressurised doctors in the Goa Medical College to give a report favourable to the police in Cipriano case.
Mr Kenneth Silveira from Chicalim, who claimed to have witnessed Cipriano dead in the police custody, said that he saw froth emanating from the mouth of the deceased in the investigating room at the Panjim police station. He also alleged that he was offered a "bribe" of ` 50 lakh on phone not to depose against the police.
He said that the telephone call (from phone number 0832-3268775) offering him bribe has been coming for a few days with the last call being received by him at 1.05 p.m. on Saturday. He said that when he tried to call back, there was no response.

  1. Is 50 lakhs the price of Cipriano's death in police custody? The Ministers in the Goan Government are a shambles with uneducated MLAs as their members. What qualifies some Goans to vote these Corrupt Ministers? These Crumb eaters are just like Drug addicts used to receiving hand outs, A penniless drug addict is a habitual thief who steals for the next Drug Fix.

  2. The Phone Number has been presented to the media on which the threat call/ Bribe was made to silence the truth, so why is the investigation team not getting to the bottom of it. How does this get justified? Does Silveira deserve any police protection for being a witness to this heinous crime? Why cannot the source of this number be tracked?I am sure months ago Digamber Cunt had made a statement in the press that the police has a system in place to track several thousands phone lines in view of the drug scandal that had rocked Goa. So what has happened to this tracking Radar of of this department? Secondly if Lyndon Monteiro has made the statement of a cabinet Minister puting presure on the GMC Dr to alter the PM report why is this remark not acted upon? How much is the govt trying to fool the people, how much more are they trying to cover their crimes.
I am totally dissapointed with our religious leaders who are just silent spectators to all this evil doings. Why can not the religious leaders show a sense of human values here. These issues have nothing to do with politics.
To Kenneth Silveira, well done in giving the statements to the media on the true picture, Do not bow down to the 50 lakhs,do not get influenced under pressure like that Female EVIL friend of Cipriano who has been the cause of this current situation and who has changed her statements. That type of money has no blessing on it, rather a curse upon it. We are all with you.Keep the fight for cipriano to get due justice he rightly deserves going.

The problem with Mickky is that, he thinks that there no one else like him.
    He suffers from self-induced vanity.
He is trying to rock too many Boats recently.
Everywhere he goes, trouble follows him.The man has no dignity.
He tried to dip his fingers in VAsco and got a good thrashing. This may be followed in Panjim quite soon.
He wants Ravi Naik sacked. He should also consider that many Goans want him sacked too.He is a disgrace to Goans.
Talking about DRUGS, he should look to his left at his good and bosom buddy Matthew Diniz. He is also a Drug Baron. What about the PIMPING.
Mickkys cases that are pending investigation, should be coming to the front soon.

  6. What right has MICKKY PACHECO got to talk about Ravi Naik when he himself is worst than Ravi. Ravi is involved only in Drugs but Mickky is involved in murders, drugs and above all POLYGAMY and is leading a life of POZDDEPONN (forvive me if my Konkani spelling is wrong) There is no other bigger POZDDO than Mickky, his Pimp Mathew kentuckee and Dingdong Monteiro alias Tinteiro. Mickky is not even ashamed to roam about in the public.

  8. This mickey mouse will run to any hole where he feels he is temporarily comfortable. Once he is satisfied and have no more use for that hole he will leave some Ratol there and run to another hole. That is what all rats do. This b..t..d should be shot point blank and thrown in one big hole which will combine all the holes he has dug.

  9. The time has come for the people of Goa to kick the corrupt congress from Goa for once and for all.Think all the congress politicians like 2 pigs of Varca, 2 toads of Margao and Ponda, 1 goonda of Taleigao and a prostitute of Santacruz. When these people are in power, what the common man will get. The father and son invoved in drug business, the pigs of Varca are smugglers , goondas and deal in 10 percent commission. The toad of Margao is a lover of migrant ladies. The goonda of Taleigao is a real pimp. These people are all pimps of the high command. The highcommand consists of mules and donkeys.
