ONLY INQUIRIES NO RESULTS! by Joel Morais, Cuncolim

Goa Police are very well known for inquiries and registering cases against unknown culprits.Mostly the inquiries are never result oriented nor unknown culprits are known.  For people like us it takes a long week for issue of Police Clearance but for criminals attached to the people in Power it just takes few minutes.
Though might be difficult to prove,Top Police officers are even summoned by the people in power at their homes or offices to do the needful for their chamchas.
Recently the Margao Police is also in the news for the opening of an unauthorized courier service.

  1. Police profession in Goa is like prostitutes. SP Tony Fernandes is spineless worm as he acted like a courrier for mining under the instruction of politcians. The Goan police is a disgrace to Goa. Shame on Goa police as they do not have any moral, they are only the tools in the hands of politicians.

Lets hope the new DGP Adiya Arya  will prove he is a capable and honest Policeman.
The first 2 corrupt Police personnell he must get rid of, and which must be on his "TOP PRIORITY" list ,shoud be Chandrakant Salgaonkar & Jivba Dalvi.
These 2 very corrupt Police personnell are constantly fabricating the Law  & Indian Penal Codes and system,to suit their own purpose.
The next should be the "FATTEST POLICEMAN" in the Goa Police Force, Deu Banaulikar.
Like "HUMPTY DUMPTY", he should be sacked & put on a wall. All the Goan school children then see a real one, instead of the mythical one.
Lets hope the new DGP also expedites the case against the murderers of Cipriano.
I guess the CBI is now dealing with Sunil Gudlar & "Arse"sish  Shirodkar. So that wil give the DGM more space to deal with the other "POLICE RATS" than have infested the Police Force.
