QATAR GOANS BEWARE OF TWIN BROTHER SEPARATED FROM BIRTH by Louis Franco

Some men follow absurd ways in reaching to conclusions. Their findings are all illogical. They have brains in the knees, I feel so, after watching them behaved in an irrational behavior. There are two such Goan men in Qatar. I will call them twin brothers separated at birth. Some say they share some blood relation or sharing a common family tree.

I will call them perennial trouble makers. History is behind them, to put it differently. If you dig deep everything folds up before your eyes. One has been a stabber; yes he stabbed his twin-brother’s mama in a drunken frenzy. Then the bird from Cortalim had to intervene so that the Kastikkar did not go to prison.

But Kattikar from Padre Bhat in Salcete in an ungrateful animal, ask anyone who has been close to him will tell you. Both worked behind the back to stab father lester Mendonca sending letters to Bishops which ultimately led to his transfer. So Doha parishioners lost out on a good priest. Now I understand they have some plans for father Anand too. Beware Doha residents of this two; one of them is Konkani community member of the Qatar Church.

The man with an angel’s face with a devil’s mind from Cortalim is sweet talker. But, he should not think that by simply working in the legal department he becomes a legal beagle. He has been issues threats left and right for many people in Qatar. Remember the harassment plan adopted by Meta strips company- the company which was facing popular revolt led by Mathany Saldnha over the pollution aspect of the company field cases against activists in different courts in India under one pretext or the other. The Cortalim bird threatened to file cases against Goans in different courts. The threat was issued almost a year back. Nothing has materialized. That means the threats were empty threats and coming from people how have plunged deep into the financial mess creating by their own doing or by their family members did not surprise the people who were at the receiving end of such threats.

But what has caught many off guard is the bird from Cortalim is just a HSSCE from Goa board, he unsuccessfully tried to clear the Open University graduation exams but without any success. These days the two are back together and sticking together as glue. The reason is simple, Cortalim bird is running dry of finance back in Goa in his business ventures and Kattikar has provided him money from the Mayball dance show. The annual returns are Qatar Riyals 1, 50,000. Only rupees one lakh is given to charity rest of all goes into the pocket of the Dollo. So Dollo is helping the Cortalim bird. Coming back to the topic of legal advice, the Cortalim bird is advising the Kasttikar to file a complaint against Niz Goenkar – what complain and for what we do not know. And Kasstikar has been telling his friend in Qatar and also sending a threatening mail to Menino Fernandes of Niz Goenkar that he will complain against the blog. But the problem is finding an Advocate to file the case. The solution is simple, turn to Dayanand Narvekar, he is no more a minister and now practicing in Mapusa courts. He came as a guest for Mayball at the invitation of the Twin brothers, so now it is the turn of the criminally minded duo to turn to the former minster for help. Will he burn his fingers in the mess in the election year and come to the aid of these persons. No, simply because he is not an expert in the Cyber laws.

Criminology and judicial jurisprudence are vast fields and specialization is the order of the day. Goan advocates of the older era are well verse in Civil and criminal laws. The Civil law field in itself another giant mountain which needs hours and years of practice to be an expert.

Even after studying and taking a law degree some have turned their back to pulling the black rope, while other disgusted with legal system have shy away from practicing. So working in the legal department is no road to success and gives the status of an expert and further laws will differ from country to country. What holds good for India does not hold good for Qatar. So I am waiting the day when the self pompous twin brothers will file a complaint against Niz Goenkar
