WHAT WILL THE CBI GET NOW AS EVIDENCE IS ALREADY DESTROYED by Menino Fernandes

In a turning point, after all the evidence destroyed and the case totally sabotaged by Crime Branch police officer Chandrakant Salgaoncar, the policemen-politician-drug nexus and other drugs related cases are being handed over to the CBI. What will the CBI get now? From where are they going to get the evidence to nail the culprits?  Will CBI get any evidence against Roy Naik? No way! so it is just a waste of time thanks to Chandrakant Salgaoncar
The pet and puppet of Ravi Naik, Chandrakant Salgaoncar has been given another investigation to sabotage and the receive awards for blowing off the case and destroying evidence.
It has been stated by the opposition leader, student leader Sunil Kauthankar who had been demanding CBI enquiry from the beginning just like Manohar Parrikar and many others, that the son of the home minister of Goa is involved in drug dealings and very much involved with Atala, which has also been stated by Lucky Farmhouse the girlfriend of Atala The home minister Ravi Naik and the Chief minister Digambar Kamat systematically destroyed all the evidence linking Roy Naik the son of Ravi Naik to this case.
The first step they took is in appointing their puppet and the most corrupt policeman DySP Chandrakant Salgaoncar to investigate the case, with full instructions to destroy any evidence linking Roy Naik. Chandrakant Salgaoncar who from the moment of joining this police department has been a corrupt person that there was a time he encouraged a few goondas of Valpoi to beat up a Police Constable Santiago Pedro Fernandes back in 1983, who was looted of his gold chain worth more than Rs 15,000 in 1983, which was handed over to this corrupt Chandrakant Salgaoncar, who was then only a PSI. I am the sole witness to this incident as I saw Salgaoncar receiving the chain with my very own eyes.
Coming to the recent case of police-politician-drug nexus case, as instructed by Ravi Naik and Digambar Kamat systematically has done away with all the crucial evidence linking Roy Naik. Only after the completion of excluding Ravi’s son from the case that a good for nothing Chief Minister of Goa Digambar Kamat agreed to hand over the case to CBI.
What will the CBI get now? The only thing the CBI may now get is, get the arrested policeman that is Ashish Shirodkar and the others dismissed from the service and nothing more. Ravi is quite happy now to hand over the case to the CBI. Why was he refusing to hand it over right in the beginning? Why was Sunil Kauthankar attacked by masked bandits who could be non other than policeman themselves though we are not sure?
Has the good for nothing Digambar Kamat got any answer as to why he was refusing to hand over the case to the CBI initially and why suddenly he became so enthusiastic to hand it over to them? Can Ravi Naik answer the same question? Ravi Naik’s case can be understood, that an uneducated man does not know how to act, react and counter act and will do any foolish thing to safeguard himself and his activities.
In the end, whilst concluding this write up, all one can say is that CBI are just wasting their precious time and they will get nothing. The nut has disappeared and what is left is just the shell. Well the end of the story is simple “khoim ghelo khoim nam, kitem addlem kaim nam” as the saying goes in Konkani. This case is bound do end up in acquittal of all the policemen who are presently suspended for their involvement in the case.
Conclusion: Chandrakant Salgaoncar will receive another bravery medal for sabotaging another investigation in par with the ideologies of an ignorant home minister, from the good for nothing Chief Minister of Goa Digambar Kamat and the very same ignorant Home Minister Ravi Naik whose puppet and pet Chandrakant Salgaoncar is.

The law and order in Goa has become a child’s play, Playing “Ringa Ringa Rosy going round the Posy”.  All evidence has been destroyed by Law enforcers and Politicians alike. This is a practice taken place for the last fifty years since the invasion of Goa.
There is no faith in the corrupt Indian Judicial System we have in Goa.

  2. For sure, Chandrakant Salgaonkar will destroy all the evidence.  If he is allowed to investigate this case there has to be a reason and the reason is the one who deuptedhim ot investigate this incident have already promised the higher officials a bribe.

  5. And Ravi Naik & Drug Co will get certificate of their non-involvement in drugs trade in Goa. The certificate would be used at next election time.

This is not the case for justice but cover up and an eyewash to show the people of Goa that Govt. is doing something and at the end CBI will come at the conclusion and submit closure report saying no evidence have been found. This is a jock and mockery of Democracy from bloody stupid Indian Law.

  7. Justice delayed is justice denied. This is a sham on the part of the Government and our judiciary combined. What results would one expect when a criminal himself is put in charge to investigate a crime?Any person will be able to tell you the answer. The only reasons which a normal person could see in this delay of handing the case to CBI  was to sabotage the entire case, which the public have expressed from the very start. This was all well planned by the very people in power to save their shady transactions. This is the bottom line of it. CBI as it appears are an other set of  "Ali Babas", for if they were serious they could have long investigated this case as a professional investigating body and had the culprits sentenced. For sure they must have been bribed with the drug money too.

What justice is there in Goa? The poor person dies in police custody beaten to death. while the rich walk Scot free to commit their crime. What evidence is there for the CBI to follow? The case will be a wash up.
