GOA POLICE TOLD TO OPEN DOSSIERS ON NIZ GOENKAR FOUNDERS by Bebdo

An investigation has been ordered by Goa’s home ministry officials against the activities of Niz Goenkar and to open dossiers on its founders, according to a very reliable source in the Goa Police.
Goa’s Home Minister is Ravi Naik and probably he must have issued the alleged instructions to find out who the founders of Niz Goenkars are. This reliable source told yours truly that the intelligence guys are working on finding more about Bebdo, Dalia, DLP, Menino de Valpoi and N.Fernandes. Probably they know who Menino is since he was a police officer once upon a time before quitting the force as he was an upright officer. But they have no clue about the rest of the above named individuals.
This reliable source also said that the cyber cell of the Goa police has been given the task to monitor the Niz Goenkar site on a regular basis.
My dear Goan brothers and sisters, we knew right from the beginning that we would be targeted by all those who are in power and whose misdeeds we are exposing on this site.
First they tried to intimidate us through e-mails, telephone calls and when all that failed they tried to buy us out by offering crores of rupees.
Let me tell you my dear Niz Goenkars and those of you who are following this site, we are not frightened to give our lives to save Goa. Today, if one Bebdo dies, then tomorrow from the sacrificial blood of this Niz Goenkar, thousands and thousands of Niz Goenkars will rise to protect Goa and Goans. Like Netaji Subash Chandra Bose said “Give me blood and I will give you freedom”, I am telling those goons and police working for the illiterate-goonda politicians who are raping and looting Goa “to take my blood but give freedom to my Goan brothers and sisters who are living in fear, who don’t have a job because they don’t have the money to bribe the politicians and whose homes are being bought by the non-Goans”. And I am sure all my other Niz Goenkars are ready to sacrifice their blood to save Goa for the Goans.
We also received a word of caution from our Dr. Niz Goenkar from Goa. This Dr. was in the forefront of an organisation which was opposing the illiterate-goonda politicians in Goa from ruining our land. He was silenced through threats and intimidation and finally he gave up despite having popular support in Goa. In his instructions he has advised us the dos and donts of ensuring personal safety. He has also said that we should remember that we are working against the goondas and those goondas would go to any extent to get to us. But we are not afraid. We too know how to tackle them.
Let me explain this by giving an example. Most of you must be aware that when the lions hunt, the hyenas always follow them from a distance. The hyenas very rarely hunt a prey on their own. They will then feed on the carcasses the lions have left after filling their stomach. Sometimes, they will also be very close to the lions while pulling bits and pieces of the leftovers. After some years, when the lion that is the head of the pride becomes old and is challenged by a young lion, the old lion usually walks away. He becomes a loner and as he cannot hunt anymore he usually goes hungry. When the same hyenas who used to feast on the leftovers this lion used to kill when he was young see that the king of the jungle is now weak and frail, they attack him. They will come in a pack and finally kill him.
This is the same story of our illiterate politicians and their goons. The moment the goons realise that their “lion” has become powerless, they will try to kill him.
But Niz Goenkars are not like the lion and the hyenas. Niz Goenkars are the cobras. If someone steps on their tail, they will strike. And the bite of a cobra is fatal. Unlike the lions and the hyenas, the cobras never attack in a group. Most of the time no one even knows where the cobra is hiding. Even the lions and hyenas never cross the path of a cobra.
So my dear Goan brothers and sisters, do not be afraid if someone tries to threaten or intimidate you for being a Niz Goenkar. Be proud to say that you are a Niz Goenkar. Only then we will be able to save our Goa from being robbed by the Ali Baba and his 40 chors.
As for the Goa Police, let me tell them, we will get the information first before it goes in our files at the police headquarters.
Viva Goa, Viva Niz Goenkar. Goa for Goans.

I may be out of touch for a while, cos I'm going home tonite, and internet access is going to be a bit of a problem for me. See you all in jan, for sure.

This is misuse of the police Dept. by the 40 chor. It only goes to confirm that they are scared more and more misdeeds of theirs will come out in the open. And it will.
The 40 ILLITERATE Chor think they can stop Niz Goenkar movement. Tell them to stop 'Facebook" & 'Twitter' first, if they have any what is called BRAINS.

  4. Oh Baba, am I already hiding? No, not at all and will never. Let them strike me first. Most of my village folks knows me that I am from Majorda and the IB is welcome to approach me with whatever proof they have to confront me. Only CHORS will approach me to silence me but not the Gua Pulis as they already know who I am. Come on guys and gals, don't be afraid of these paper tigers. If you do then remember, you have sold Goa to these thugs and their crumb eaters. Niz Goenkars don't sell drugs, don't do pimping and don' have fake currency. We are not paedophiles and suppliers. We are Niz Goenkars and we will make a change, it will come gradually.
VIVA NIZ GOENKARA, we are soon going to be a major force in Goa against corruption and probably drop all the 40 Chors from their chairs those are supported by the crumb eaters.

  5. Intelligence Bureau!!!! Seriously? Cmon Mr. Bebdo give us a break. I appreciate the motivation but pal do you even know what the IB is? And what are its functions? Your title reads Intelligence Bureau told to open dossiers; but there is nothing about the IB in the article body. Why do you try to sound so melodramatic? Please find out what the IB is first before confusing the goenkars spread all over who take your word as gospel truth. Best, Andrew

  12. @Shyam Sawant - you are right no body can refrain anyone from posting their comments on any blogs. Firstly if this news is correct from the core than we have to believe that the IB and the Goa Police are in hand with these politicians. As I believe IB is used only in case of crimes and cases that cannot be solved by the Goa Police and IB is free from any bias when dealing with the politicians. Here we are not committing any crime but we are practicing our rights of a true citizen of India and Goa and vouching the wrong doings done by these corrupt politicians. If the above news is affirmative, then why these politicians are so afraid of this blog. Everyone of these corrupt chors are busy in getting their cousins, wives, sisters, family members etc., into politics as if they should only rule Goa by themselves what may what come. What an idea sirji… Why, because they know the true reason behind being a politician. This is only dictatorship and nothing else. Hope the Congress Government at the Centre is noticing these amoralities happening in Goa and not just becoming a mere spectators.

  14. N.Fernandes(London)-NGIB Agent29 October 2010 at 04:42

    Dear Readers,Commentators and detractors,

The Niz-Goenkar Intelligence Bureau (NGIB) has today learnt that Mr Ravi Naik, the idiot and Lame Duck of Ponda and most uneducated politician of Goa has asked his security chiefs to investigate Niz-Goenkar.
However I would like to let you know that The NIZ-Goenkar Intelligence Bureau( NGIB) located in the UK,with its secret service agents around the world, has also instigated an investigation in to the improprieties of the Goa Home Office , its security services under Mr Ravi Naik and also Mr Ravi Naik and his Son.
In addition our agents are also providing us intelligenceinformation on the other 39 MLA`s.A lot of the information is already being provided on this comments section.

In due course we, will be requesting via the Right to Information Act , the Budget that is being used to investigate Niz Goenkar & NGIB, and, authorised by this Ponda Clown. It is quite obvious Mr Naik is not expending his illegaly accumulated drug money...but, the Goa Taxpayers money.
As many of you know the NGIB has so far had a better success rate in nabbing and naming the 40 Culprits / rogues ...call them what you may that currently administer Goa.
As of today I can happily inform you that commentators are doing a sterling (Silver) service in excercising their Democratic right to free speech. This Right is Guaranteed under the Indian Constitution.
Our secret service agents and spies have penetrated various Goan establishments including their Police and intelligence services too.
We have "Double Agents" working within the Goa Intelligence services, Goa Police and Government too.
I can also inform you that some of the MLA`s are currently running (in street language).. shit scared.Their feathers have been ruffled and they are not sure which way or direction they should fly in.
In addition I would like to inform you guys that the mainstream UK Intelligence agencies like Scotland Yard,Interpol, MI5 & MI6,who have to be consulted by Goa IB agencies when dealing with UK based Niz_Goenkars, will be having an early Christmas laugh at the Goa IB.
The NGIB is today laughing more than it ever did at the so called investigations into Niz-Goenkar.
It seems like the Goa Intelligence Bureau, IN THEIR INFINITE WISDOM considers the Niz-GOENKAR site as a threat to Goa`s National or State security.
I can assure you guys, Niz-Goenkar is not a subversive organisation,it has no terrorist inclinations, it is not planning a Coup DE ETAT.
However it is interested in naming & shaming the Current Dictators of Goa, that use Democracy as their cover.
It is purely a site that discusses issues affecting Goa and hoping for a change that will benefit all its citizens.
Today I throw down a challenge to the Goa Intelligence services to investigate me.I have no fear. The only person I fear is God.
It would be most interesting to see any out come or or result. As Shyam Sawant said...is this this "POPPYCOCK"?
So to all Niz-Goenkar supporters....remember speaking the TRUTH is no crime in any criminal or civil court.
I also look forward to any Goa Minister to sue me personally for LIBEL or defamation.
I just wish to remind these MLA`s that many of them have already been defamed, and several have Criminal cases pending against them.If that is not defamation already, then I am not sure of their crooked dictionary.
Those MLA`s that have nothing to hide should not fear the NGIB.
I will in due course comment further as soon as I am able to discover more.
In the meantime please excercise your right to Free Speech.

  16. @ Andrew
Thank you very much for reading the article and welcome to Niz Goenkar blog.
From your writing I can assume (I may be wrong) that you are residing in Goa, maybe in Goa Velha.
Let me tell you something which probably you wouldn't know or does know but don't want to admit. In Goa, the civil society and social activists are targetted overtly by the politicians and their henchmen. These illiterate-goonda politicians use the police to settle scores for them. These illiterate-goonda politicians have muzzled the press in Goa. Look at OHeraldo, Navhind Times and even Times of India (where I assume you are working ... If that is not the case, I am sorry).
If you are in Goa, I request you to ask some of the Goan journalists there about the muzzlng of the press in Goa. Preetu Nair, Ashley do Rosario, Mayabhushan Nagvenkar, Paulo Afonso, Derick Almeida, Rajan Naranyan and many more are silenced by these illiterate-goonda politicians. As such, you won't find any bold reporting and investigative journalism in Goa. Most of the journalists in Goa suck up to the politicians and it is worse in case of vernacular newspapers such as Gomantak, Navprabha, Lok Satta, etc.
Activists such as Sabina Martins, Oscar Rebello, Claude Alvares, Sotero de Souza and many others have been threatened on more than one occasion.
The police act like the goons of this illiterate-goonda politicians because those guys who are in the police force are not there based on their own merit but because they paid lakhs of rupees to the ministers to get a position of a sub-inspector. You can check this with Allan de Sa, Manjunath Desai, Bosco George, Serafino Dias, Umesh Goankar, Waman Tari; and with retired police officers such as Alex Rasquinha. They will tell you how the politicians are using them to nip in the bud any sort of activism in Goa.
Even Arwin Mesquita who was raising his voice against corruption and the 40 chors is allegedly threatened with a molestation case in case he carries on his tirade against the politicians.
It is a dirty world out there. You know it and I know it. So please stop play a politician's tune on this blog.
You are either with Niz Goenkar or with the politicians. You can't have the cake and eat it too.
    Mog asundi

Dear Bebdo, I lways respect you for your intelligent write-ups. On this one, hope you are 100% sure of what you wrote. And if that is the case, I will be one of the NIZ GOENKARS who will fight until my last breath against those who harm the persons you named in your write-up.
Goa belongs to NIZ GOENKARS and they have a right to express their displeasure over the malfunctioning of the government & its administration.
Any suppressing action will only backfire against the authorities as the people’s power is supreme in a democracy like India.
Dear Goan leaders, please note that somebody tried to close down the comments on Oherldo and latter comments started appearing on GOANEWS.COM and the thereafter Menino’s blogsite NIZ GOENKAR was born. If you close it another will come! Live & let live!

    To Francis Fernandes & Alcantro:::
To close down the Niz-Goenkar site ,the Goa agencies will need to obtain a Court Order in the Uk.
They will be hard pressed to prove that the Niz-Goenkar is a Terrorist site and subversive.
This Niz-Goenkar site is an open forum. It is not a "Clandestine " Organisation hiding in Caves in Afganistan. It is not plotting to overthrow any Government..Goa Included.
It is using democratic means such as this debating forum to throw outthe corrupt rogues.
Voters in Goa are being given a choice to choose and know the type and morals of the canditates they will elect.
This site is a BLOGSITE and not a WEBSITE.
It is not a registered Newspaper or online Newspaper website either. So it does not come under the UK Press Laws.
UK intelligence agencies will plainly tell the Goa agencies to tkae a cold swim on the beaches of Goa not to waste their time. The UK agencies have better things to do, unlike the Childlike pranks of the Goa agencies.
Niz -Goenkar is not a terrorist outfit.
It is a "TRUTH " site.
Keep you valid comments rolling in.

  21. @ N.Fernandes(London)-NGIB Agent: What on earth is this? I've asked before and am asking again - what is the purpose of the IB? Why are you making a mockery of the posts? You are just spouting names of agencies without even knowing their role. Please stop misleading people - and I suggest a simple Wikipedia research. Or better still pick up a Fredrick Forsyth. Seriously Mr. Fernandes if we want to do something good for Goa this most certainly is not appropriate. It sounds so silly to hear names such as "goa intelligence bureau" and the now recently coined "NGIB". Please do not take this personally but your comments will be misinterpreted by a lot of readers. Please do not post ill-researched comments. Thanks.

  22. @ Bebdo - I am surprised at your relatively polite response. Thank you. Firstly, I reside in Margao. I do not work for the Times of India - I am a lecturer. Thanks for paras 2-5; the information is true but nothing new. I also did not quite understand the purpose behind you mentioning this. I understand Arwin resides in the UAE (not sure for how long he has been there). He does not need to bother about any false allegations - as long as ones character is strong to hell with the system.
Now importantly. Pal, because I counter your poor facts doesn't make me politicians chamcha. You know how much gibberish your "IB" talk was. I am not saying no to the fact that politicians investigating more about NizGoenkars origins - but only to your inclusion of the IB - which is clearly stupid when you well know what NG is - and what the role of the IB is. You somehow love security in numbers - it is evident by your posts (aami, we etc etc) as also your recent Dubai episode vs Churchill where you proudly mention in your post that you had company to protect you in case of a commotion. How different does that make you from our current crop of politicians? Mr. Bebdo - I do not need to be with NizGoenkar to make my point. I do not believe in jingoism and sloganeering. If you've made a stupid statement - own up to it - don't bask in your comfort of being outside Goa and talking like you are going to be Goa's next saviour. Chances are with your level of knowledge you will do more harm to our Goa than the current idiots. If my comments are not liked on NG - they will be moderated as such. That Sir is not your lookout. Don't sing your pathetic "either with NG or with polticians" tune with me. Do it with your fellow buddies who idolize your theatrics. We know better. Cheers.

To Andrew:::Once again thanks for you comment and request.
Intelligence agencies use different names to identify themselves. In India the 2 main Intelligence agencies are the NIA & CBI.Both these are "intelligence" agencies. As you surely know (an I have no intention to patronize you) in the USA they have the FBI and CIA.Once again they both are intelligence agencies or bureaus. In the UK we use different names for such intelligence agencies..Scotland Yard, MI5 & MI6.
I do not need to specify what role each of these agencies in different countries play.I am quite sure NIZ_GOENKARS are well intelligent & informed. But just for you, these can be for international or National purposes.
Thanks for you advice on reading Fredrick Forsyth. He is not the only author that has educated me.
As a Goan I am truthfully ashamed to have to tell you that in Goa,the word "INTELLIGENCE"
is used by those uneducated MLA`s for anything that encroaches their space.
Due to their low level education they refer to Goa Intelligence agencies using many different formats. It can be Intelligence Bureau, Intelligence Society, CBI (Goa BRANCH).
Theroetically these so called Goan Intelligence agencies are figments of Goa Politicians. It is used as a tool to threaten opposition.
I am not sure if you are aware...but several Goa NGO`s have been threatned. You may recall the President of NSUI(National Students Union) who was attacked.
All these acts / threats were done in convivance with the so called intelligence agents under the control of some of Goa MLA`s.
The NGIB is a self-styled intelligence agency of Niz-Goenkars.It comprises mainly of commentators.
    all around the world.
There are also Double agents within all the Goa establishments. The Police, CBI etc.
I am no fool, to be in a position to reveal this to you.I am sure you will understand this .
However you are most welcome to contribute any information you have.It is a choice you make.It is not being demanded from you.True Niz-Goenkars voluenteer this happily.
I hope this goes some way to explain you question.
By the way NGIB does not exist on WIKIPEDIA.It may do in future as a sub-text.
And finally, I have not taken your comment personally.
However you asked me not to mislead anyone.
I have never done that here and neither do I intend to do it any time later.
Everyone that reads my comments know it is well researched and quite simply the "NAKED TRUTH".
I do not know how to dress up the truth as those Goa Politicians do.For me a spade is a spade.
I am also not governed by fear.
By the way, you seem like the Andrew F of Dubai.
Excuse me if you are not.He seems to enjoy protecting set-ups he belongs to in Dubai.
I hope you are not protecting Goa Intelligence or working on their behalf. That is the impression I am getting.
You have been pushing BEBDO and now me for answers.
Any more questions you need answering...let me know and I wil do the best I can to answer them.

Mr. Andrew I know this Bebdo very much. He is cunning and I sure that he meant GOA'S INTELLIGENCE BUREAU" and not the central IB of India. The putting of it was wrong that's all. Now that has been removed I hope yours and any other problem is solved. It was just a misquoting and not any reference to the IB of India.

  25. @Andrew... so you agree with almost everything that I have written. At the same time, you seem to know better how to save Goa without being a part of Niz Goenkar. Pray, then what are you doing here on Niz Goenkar blog, Mr Anon?
And how much money and whose influence did you use to get the post of a lecturer? I doubt if you have got that on your own merit. Even in the early 1990s one had to use the influence of either the Trustees in case of private colleges or politicians in case of government run colleges. Merit doesn't work.
It is because of people like you who are happy to maintain the status quo that Goa is going to the dogs. I won't be surprised if you have partitioned your house and sub-let it to the ghanttis to carry on their nefarious activities.
Finally, I stand by my sources who have been very reliable till now and I also stand by every word that I have written.
The onus is now on you to prove me wrong with documentary evidence to the contrary.
Last but not the least, dialogue is good but don't be a pessimist. And don't underestimate the strength of Niz Goenkars.
    Mog asundi.

No it is not a surprise nor a stunt, As many pointed out and I too felt that this was an unnecessary part there as the article had not link with IB. At the same time I confirmed with the author and like Mr. Shirodkar said it was meant to be the CID (Intelligence of Goa) but it represented IB more than the local Intelligence and was totally out of context I had to get it off as it was spoiling originality of the article and also was meaningless there - Menino de Valpoi

  29. Arey Bebdya - Understand one thing. Get out of that drunken stupor you are in. The sooner the better. You are clearly miffed because I have calmly proved your writings to be nonsense. And your almighty ego is pricked which is why you have resorted to personal attacks. Like I said before - gather your buddies and give them your crap. You clearly lacked / are lacking merit - and have a problem with those who do. You refuse to accept that people can be better than you and even on this NG forum (where till now you perhaps were GOD), you have been exposed as hollow. Patrao, you are an envious, deprived soul. I have read your posts. Your only contribution is to stoop to personal attacks to mask your ignorance and incompetence. Now that a NizGoenkar is trying to drill some sense into your thick skull and not participating in your sloganeering you have a problem. It is confirmed that you are no better than the current lot of politicians and I thank God that you are not in Goa to corrupt it further. And please stop talking for NizGoenkars - they have a mind of their own. You may not agree with my views - that doesn't mean you attempt to portray me as an anti NizGoenkar. Ofcourse, knowing you - you will most certainly continue your tirade and I wish you all the best. Mr. Andrew, You seem to be going out of your behaviour in your talks. This forum is for clean debating. I have been observing you that you were earlier coming down sensibly but suddenly you became agressive. This is not a behaviour of a Goan and specially a Goan who lives in Goa. I would not like the real Goans talking in such a fashion. Please correct your manners first and then debate.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Mr. Chandrakant - Kindly do not take pains to explain to me the behaviour of a Goan (whether living in Goa or not). I am surprised at your statement - "I would not like the real Goans talking in such a fashion". Buddy, hope you have read all the posts before pouncing on me. Most certainly I have not stooped to make personal attacks. I hope your attempt was to be neutral in your criticism and if so, would advise you to word your posts better.

  32. @Andrew... I appreciate your intellect and my shortcoming of mixing two different entities - the state and the central.I do agree with you that the latter has nothing to do with what our source said since the source works in the state agency. In fact they are using our site to learn about many things which were even hidden in Goa.
We are passionate about what we are doing and we will succeed.
Truth hurts and the truth is no job comes for free in Goa, either it is that of a librarian or a lecturer.
By the way can you tell me how many non-Goan lecturers are there in your college? Even the principal of the Governmment college of Khandola is a non-Goan. Check it out. We too arealso aware of what is happening in Goa. How the system works and how jobs are sold for a price.
Now be honest with yourself and with your God, have you never asked favours from any politician in Goa for anything?
So please don't be a hypocrite. Before pointing a finger to others, remember four fingers point at you.

Your comment to me is full of sarcasm and mockery and, contemptuous. That is fine by me.It does not impinge on my feelings.
I am sorry to read that you have been a little insulting and rude to Bebdo and Chandrakant.
I am also pleased to know you work for Goa Intelligence.Sarcasm or not.
NGIB is open to all.Once again to be more precise it is an Intelligence bureau, inquiry Bureau,Inqusitive Bureau, inquisition Bureau et all.
I am sure if you intend to come to London you will be welcome.
I am pleased to learn that you are a Lecturer.I hope you will also apply good logic and common sense and diplomacy to accompany your academic qualifications. It will serve you well.
Once again I hope I have answered some of your questions to the best of my ability.
Please feel free to comment on my blogs with your sarcasm, mockery and contemptuousness.I hope you will noy get tired of it too soon.
    Best of luck.

  35. @ N. Fernandes: I have replied to you on another post - the last of my replies. Thank you and good luck.
@ Mike Carvalho: You are right. I will attempt to respond rationally and sanely. And hope that others will choose to do the same.
@ Bebdo: Just when one is ready to bury the hatchet and give you the benefit of doubt, you resort to your cheap gimmickry again. Listen. I worked up through merit - take it or leave it. As regards politicians - I come from a family that has respect. And it is my belief that educated people need to enter politics. Barring Manohar Parrikar NO ONE today is decently qualified. I never felt the need to receive or ask a favor from a politician. But I am not going to go the extra mile for you to believe. You clearly as I said before simply refuse to accept that it is possible. What is the connection with non-goan lecturers? Why if I may borrow from a friend here, are you going off at a tangent? Anyway, apparently this is going to be the same problem. I do not wish to argue with you. It saddens me to see that people such as you refuse to see the power of education. So be it. If I had indulged in sloganeering on this forum like the rest of your gang - you would have been thrilled. You are right Bebdo - truth hurts - and this is the naked truth. Its only because I tread a different path. And it pains me to learn that guys like you intend to save Goa. You are just happy booing Churchill in Dubai - and even there you couldn't ask him face to face!!!! And you call me a hypocrite. Baba, if you are scared of him in Dubai - you know your state in Goa. Anyway, best to ignore your posts. But given that most comments echo your sentiment - I think its best to leave the forum. Good luck to you too.

  36. It is nice to know that great intellectuals are here to debate. I appreciate and regards very highly the articles by Bebdo who writes intelligently. However, misunderstandings and misquotes are a normal trend on a blog or news. This is debatable and at the same time, Andrew pointed out the point where utmost meaning was required of the word. This is areal democracy.

I compliment all readers and writers on the blog for very bold write-ups and debates. This is best for the interest of the Goans and the blog itself.

  37. Who is this Andrew anyway??? A lecturer? Then go and lecture your students, if you have any. I was very busy yesterday and did not get time to read your comments or I would have told you something that you would remember for the rest of your life, but it's late now. We don't need your lectures here. Bebdo may be drunk, but he does a splendid job when he is drunk. The way you try to lecture here looks like you are more drunk than anybody else so shut your mouth, have a good sleep and come back again when you are completely sober.

  38. I HAVE SAID THIS IN ANOTHER POST AND SAY HERE AGAIN:
I think Andrew as he claims to be an educated persons does not practically appear to be so. I have been observing his comments. He has no manners to address to the people. If an uneducated person talks like that it is understood. But a hightly educated person behaves like this is beyond imagination. An educated person should not behave like this to counter the uneducated ones. I wish this man Andrew approaches more rationally.

To Andrew:::Once thanks for your mocking comment I couldn`t care less if you reply or not to my comments in future.
You have been sent and paid by some RABID Political dog to come on the NG site and try an throw it off course. That is quite clear from the way you write.Alternatively there are a few SMGS nutcases in Dubai, roped you in to bring salvation to them. You are anti NG.You seem to be petty in picking faults on everyone here.Bebdo,DLP,Chandrakant and myself. That is what some Goa Politician has asked / instructed you to do.You may be able to write...but the moral of your story is all jibberish.
You are like one of those green coconuts that fall from a tree ,with a big hole in it that was eaten by squirrells. In time they turn brown.I Think the konkani word is "BONDO".
NG commentators have not been as foolish as you, to believe that there will be results over night.NG supporters exist all over the world. There is a bigger following in Goa.We who live outside of Goa are here to express our solidarity and share ideas.
You indicates your lack of reality and your senses have taken leave.

To suggest that the caste or class or elitists "do not exist" in Goa is farcical.
You say you are a Privately employed Lecturer.I doubt that.Perhaps your lectures may go down well and receive acccolades in the migrant slums of Moti Dongor, just around the corner from where you perch.
You should stop kidding fooling yourself that the caste system has been completely eradicated. It is still a scourge and instrumental in getting a good job in Goa for many.Upper castes to a great extent do not need qualifications or talents. They just rely and get spoon fed by their their connections and inner circle.
I am in Goa often, read online Goa newspapers or, can pick a telephone and conduct some research and so I do not need you to pop up on this forum to lecture me, that this is still not practised.I sincerly hope you are meeting real human beings and not brainwashed by politicians.
Please refer to a recent incident where some of "your type" beloved MLA`s Mr JP D`sousa took exception of Mickky interfering in the election of JP D`souzas family members being elected to the Vasco Municipal seats. What about the Drug Baron Ravi Naik who wants his son Roy in Mayem. Or What about that rogue Churchill who wants his big lipped daughter Valanka elected in Benaulim. What about the Ranes. What about the land thief and grabber Monserattes...wife and husband. What about Mauvin Godinho and his family, who are creating a little fiefdom in Cansaulim. What about your own backyard rogue KAmat supporting his cousin (brother).
I doubt this explaination will placate /educate you any better that \I attempted inan earlier comment to you.Your brains are unlikely to absorb this fact.It may work when you come out of your little bubble or detach your self from you fantasy.

Having read your comments I once again conclude that you are, a godchild of a politician. He has
asked you to come here to disturb the free flow of information and comments that have been creating havoc in Goas political circles. They are I am told, having sleepless nights.

Here is you bizzare and ridiculous comment to TREVOR:::Andrew said...
@ Trevor - Thank you and I appreciate your honest statements. Trevor, I reiterate - education is the key. Your knowledge and experience of Western systems will surely contribute immensely to formulate ideas here. We can initiate discussions under relevant subject threads as I've mentioned before.
I have to mention. I do not know why you feel you cannot work in Goa / or India for that matter. This is our country and our state. It is our home. It is where we will always get respect. Please believe in yourself - maybe you will just will yourself to come home. :).

I am also very pleased that you will not respond to my posts henceforth.I can explain this quite simply
    "GOOD RIDDANCE TO BAD RUBBISH".

  40. ANDREW A professor lecturer? My foot. you seem to be more of a ruffian than a lecturer. Do educated people behave like this? This shows that you are a mentally retarted man in Goa. It also shows you are a jealous person.

    To Sandesh::::
This Andrew is not from this planet.
It seems he has been sent by some politician or Dubai organisation to cause problems. He does not represent reality or normality.
He will not succeed. He would be better lecturing the slum dwellers / migrants in Moti Dongor. They may digest his views.
As you rightly stated...he has no manners.
His style of sarcasm and mockery and lack of diplomatic discussion is more appropriate for the Gutter rats.
But he will shamelessly come back with more claptrap....Useless philosophies.
Here is the meaning of claptrap..which best describes this so called Andrew....

    claptrap:
noun (Informal) nonsense, rubbish, rot, crap (slang), garbage (informal), trash, bunk (informal), bullshit (taboo slang), balls (taboo slang), bull (slang), shit (taboo slang), hot air (informal), tosh (slang, chiefly Brit.), flannel (Brit. informal), pap, cobblers (Brit. taboo slang), bilge (informal), humbug, drivel, twaddle, tripe (informal), affectation, guff (slang), blarney, bombast, moonshine, insincerity, hogwash, hokum (slang, chiefly U.S. & Canad.), piffle (informal), poppycock (informal), bosh (informal), eyewash (informal), tommyrot, horsefeathers (U.S. slang), bunkum or buncombe (chiefly U.S.) He talks a lot of pretentious claptrap.

I am just amazed how people can change their colours and still be exposed in the dare darkness. Comeon Bebdo, go ahead and say what you have to. The guy Andrew is blank naked.

  43. This Andrew looks like he is the re-incarnation of Judas. Get what I mean guys? After we slaughtered Judas and he disappeared from the scene, now he is come back as Andrew. Hi Ivan (Dubai)::Well done and a big Thank you for your post.
    It is highly appreciated.
For a while now this Andrew has come on here to empty some of the mental shit in his head. You will be glad to note from reading some of the comments...no one wants even this shit.

It has been my suspicion all along that Andrew, who has suddenly appeared here over the last 2 days was none other than JUDEP.
His suggestion only Education can get you jobs in Goa,and that there are plenty of jibs in Goa that there is no need to go abroad except in extreme situations is the thinking of a madman /madcap.
I am sure many Goans reading this comment around the world will conclude this JUDEP AKA Andrew is not well grounded.
    I find him exteremly pathetic.
I am a little short for time at this moment ...but will return to comment further.
You can send information to me on fernandesn72@yahoo.co.uk.
Once again Ivan...thanks ,well done and keep up the good work.Every little helps.

  47. Guys, there is no Andrew in Margao who is a lecturer. And this is a fact. There is one Andrew, whose surname is Cardozo. Andrew Cardozo lives in Panjim and gives Maths tuitions. Andrew Cardozo is a nice guy who would never be 'His Master's voice'.
So this Andrew aka Anonnymous was not baptised by his parents as Andrew. That is not his real name.
He also says that he comes from a promient family from Margao. Assuming that he is a Catholic, the prominent families who were/are residing in Margao are the Figuierados, da Silva, da Costa, Dias, Almeida, Costa Pereira,Menezes, Monteiro and Araujo.
None of them have got a son whose name is Andrew.

  48. Niz Goenkars, specially bebdo and N. Fernandes, I have confirmed that this Andrew is none other than Jude himself. This scumbag Jude is another spineless nuisance in Dubai. Writing in the name of Andrew can get him nowhere. I am sure that he is involved in bigger rackets along with SMGC and is afraid of getting exposed. He here is defending his cronies of SMGC. I challenge Jude to face me if he has guts and I will expose everything that I have learnt about him from Panjim, Miramar and Tonca.

  50. @Ivan from Dubai... thanks a million for your help. We are also zeroing on Andrew/Judas and will soon come out with an expose. We already have in our possession some documents and pictures but are waiting for some more time to get more documents about the ommissions, commissions and claims made by Judas and which the Ninjas has reimburshed him. For example, the setting up of the Ninjas stall in Abu Dhabi during a technology exhibition. The inflated claims for telephone bills, hotels, and travel allowance. Bonuses approved for the staff and which was not paid in full. Give us some more time... at the same time your help is always welcome. We appreciate it.

  51. Dear Readers, This is all within the game. These politicians are trying to play with our egos to stop the Niz Goenkar site. First it was TWP after much hammering he has vanished from the site, then came one Assumption who was behind Valanka that she is the best candidate among all and she deserves to be elected because she is doing voluntary services to the people (my foot) he too left and now this Andrew. I wonder how many such scoundrels will come and try to distract us. We at Niz Goenkar have rightly and with utmost dedication and diligence have caught them in their own webs and discarded them out of this blog. There is something quite funny about this Lecturer "Andrew".
Friday is a day off in Dubai. It is a Muslim /Jewish religious day off.
Yesterday...29th OCT... This guy called Andrew pops up on NG to comment.
Following the St MARYS MASS SERVICE, there was a lot of talk and praise for the work Niz-Goenkars are doing amongst the parishoners.Parishoners were very pleased that this forum exists to discuss and debate issues that affect Goa.They have wished it very well. They see the larger picture...not Andrews MYOPIC (shortsighted) one.
Many commentators here speak from their hearts and from their personal experiences.
They are extremely pragmatic and believe that Goa is being raped and plundered and on the verge of chaos..They are hoping for a less corrupt and more civil and fairer society. It is but a very simple request and wish.
In walks this "numpty" calling hime self Andrew.
He quite obviously realised his position as the GM (Great Monkey) of NANJGEL and his standing amongst the Dubai Goan Commuinty was at stake.
Having got a "NOM DE PLUME" (Pen name) as Andrew, this bogus ,Privately employed Lecturer from Margao, decided to take a dig one by one at some Niz-Goenkars that comment here.
Another strange phenomenon is that he in particular, chose Bebdo,DLP,Chandrakant and myself to target. He used his best venom to poison us.Now that he has realised that we are immune from his useless & tainted poison,he has decided to go away. But shamelessly he will return.
Before going away to his "hole" he decided to throw in some parting shots.Once again it had no effect.
In fact many commentators of goodwill and clear intent soon realised he was a fake Goan Sheikh.
IN his wisdom ,instead of excercising damage limitation...he decided to use a cloak and dagger approach. Here is a precise definition>>>:Cloak and dagger is a term sometimes used to refer to situations involving intrigue, secrecy, espionage, or mystery.
He is unaware there is a lot more going to be revealed about him. There is plenty of information on him and more coming in.
I hope he will start praying a little harder soon.He will need a lot of it.This time even education will not help him.Common sense would have...but he chose not to apply any of it.

**To DLP:::I think he has gone somewhere to lecture. Most likely place SMGS...sorry SMGC...or getting ready for Sunday Missal Service.

    ReplyDelete
  55. None of the Niz Goenkars are anyone's Lap Dogs or poodles, they have an intelligent brain and conscience that functions with unity towards the future of Goa. So these Lap Dogs and poodles can bark as much as they want, they will not receive any bones from Niz Goenkars except from their corrupt masters.

To Bebdo:::This little "PRICK" (Excuse the pun),called Andrew aka Jude Pereira who thought sticking needles in NG and specailly, and in particular. individuals like you ,DLP ,Chandrakant and me would deflate us.
Unfortunately his fake lectures and "personna"(fake personality) has only rebounded on him.
This PRICK has obviously limited concepts or understanting of SLOGANEERING.
If he was able to read all the comments on all the issues, from all segments of Goans and beyond he would better understand that NG is open to discussion and sharing of ideas. In doing so we better understand what is wrong and aim to do the best to rectify whatever is within our abilities.
This PRICK could only focus on Education.
I am more than positive NG and its commentators have given a much better education than he has ever received elsewhere...and all for free may I add.His lack of decorum still needs polishing up
Education should not be limited to schools and colleges. Our daily lives educate us all the time.
I am very, very sure, if Churchill and you were on a one to one situation......in Dubai...he would hide behind the cassock of the Local Parish Priest.Similarly if Jude Pereira was also on a "one to one" with you...he would have gone and hidden under one of the benches or the pulpit in SMGC.
Anyway it was very patronising of him to thank me and wish me good luck.Regretably I do not require that from his sort.

  57. @ N. Fernandes – He is going to prepare himself for All Saints Day. To make a good confession and then he will transform himself into a saint and become a Good Samaritan of Niz Goenkar. Hope so!

  58. N.Fernandes... I wonder if he even knows how to pray. And I also wonder if he even has what is called a common sense. If he had he would have used it diligently. He thought he was playing with monkeys like the one he is. His owner was beating the drum while this monkey was doing tricks and dancing with a rope aroung his waist. At least for now, the dance is over. I am sure his master is teaching him some new tricks now and he will be back again. Let's see how fast he can learn the new tricks if he has got a brain in his head instead of in his a..se.

  59. @ Franco... don't be surprised to see him giving the holy communion ... the consecrated host ... to the faithfuls during the religious ceremony.
Praveen Viegas, who was one of the hundreds of PAs to Chorchill, is now a lay brother who gives holy communion in the St.Mary's church during the Friday mass.
I think he has taken his vocation, rather late, very seriously. Maybe he is doing penance for being associated with the Chorchill.
Moreover, I think he has taken this Bible verse very seriously and now wants to repent:
"Every human being is called to communion because of his nature which is created in the image and likeness of God (cf. Gen 1:26-27). Therefore, within the sphere of biblical anthropology, man is not an isolated individual, but a person: a being who is essentially relational. The communion to which man is called always involves a double dimension, that is to say vertical (communion with God) and horizontal (communion with people). It is fundamental that communion be acknowledged as a gift of God, as the fruit of the divine initiative fulfilled in the Easter mystery.
A good theologian will understand this relationship between a consecrated person and a lay faithful.

Well, I will definitely see the volume go high for the blog because of my notorious comments, as always for most. I am not here to write about your favorite corrupt politicians at the helm of things or as is always, think me to be a arse-licker of some Goan politician. It just pisses me off when I see most of you behave like idiots yes, the idiots of sorts who think they are smart asses with all skewed up views who at times are not even able to accept the plain truth. We call ourselves to be Goans with such freaking mentality that ruptures at the flick of a word and there are those, that are waiting in the wings refusing to budge even when they know why the whole article is made to look the way it shouldn’t (now it has been corrected). They continue to rave, rant and assault by showing off with their unasked for and unwelcome comments without reading the posts in full. You are, and you all sound like those young puppies with irrational behavior barking from mama doggie’s rear without even being provoked.

These Goans here on the blog are mostly asleep and on a high on narcotics or in a delirium only awoken by the pitch of some African drum or an Indian tabla, I assume.

To Johnads,:::I have read many of you comments in the past and quite truthfully they are ringed and dressed up in a language and words and context only known to you.A sort of language that only you understand. They are bomabstic at worst, and juvenile at best.
I am very positive, your way of expressing your self and finding fault with everyone, everything and anything here indicates you suffer from a dilema of thought. It is a sign of a split personality.I am sure your use of your own language and words would be admired by Kindergarten kids.

I have previously had a spat with you in another comment of yours.
Everyone here ,has his own way of communicating and expressing a view( in your own words ranting & raving). Many a time commentators have subsequent views and express them.In plain English , which I hope you will understand..it is called an evolving view or subsequent thought.
I am not sure what you mean by this comment of yours..."These Goans here on the blog are mostly asleep and on a high on narcotics or in a delirium only awoken by the pitch of some African drum or an Indian tabla, I assume.
You idiots needs a awakening, I presume."

Have you considered that this exact observation of yours is actually who you are and your own reflection.
There is a simple solution to your dislike of this site and the comments...you do not need to read them or digest them.
If you do not like a "book" you do not read it again. If you do not like a Film ..you do not watch it again. If you do not like the coments here...you should find another site.Losing the likes of you would be our gain.
I think a visit to your doctor or psychiatrist would benefit you.
You could ask you friends and family to read the comment you have made. You will understand better when they tell you, that you are acting like a "BLOODY RAVING LOONEY".
Oh Yes you will receive comments about your rant, and raves and hallucinatory comment. Please treat it as a cure and medicine for you demented mind.
I await your further hallucinatory and bombastic RANT and AND RAVES and comment about me and possibly other commentators here too.

Hi Dalia and Franco:::Thank you for confirming that you guys / gals cannot undersstand JOHNADS` comments.
I would still appreciate if anyone else will be able to decipher it for me.If I do not get a response I will assume no one can.
I emailed his comments to an English friend of mine who read / studied English Lierature at University and she too confirmed that she cannot understand it.She remarked it maybe understood in the "Bird, animal or reptile" kingdoms.
She also told me to refer to the word "gobbledygook ".
So for the benefit of readers here...this is the definition from some sources...
Definitions of gobbledygook on the Web:

•incomprehensible or pompous jargon of specialists
    wordnetweb.princeton.edu/perl/webwn
•Gobbledygook or gobbledegook (sometimes gobbledegoo, gobbledeegook or other forms) is any text containing jargon or especially convoluted English that results in it being excessively hard to understand or even incomprehensible.

  75. I have heard this johnads is also based in UK although I'm not 100 percent sure of the information I got. If he is in UK, where did he learn that English? In Vietnam?? I think even Vietnamese will write better English. I tried to read his comment several times, but it just went over my head. I think he was a small puppy barking from his mama's back and that habit has remained. Like the saying goes "Old habits die hard". As Franco put it, this johnads is nothing but an as...hole and has a PMS.

  76. Now who is this Johnads? The last 3 alphabets sounds like advertising, isn't it? Is he advertising his own ASSS**? Hard to believe him or his English. He better need to take my treatment and try if he can come back to sense. If not, he is a gone case.

  77. A HUMBLE APPEAL TO ALL GOANS

This is my personal appeal to all my Goans. I would like to sincerely request all my Goan Brothers and Sisters on the commenting section, this is not going to get us anywhere in our main cause. So kindly stop fighting among each other. Put your energy in UNITY of Goans and stand as one to save Goa from the clutches of the devils back at home. GOA IS GETTING SOLD OUT. The day is very close when the Goans will be searching shelter and building huts to live after being thrown out of our own houses by the Devils of Goa who are out to sell our land, houses etc. Please I plead with you all to stop this. Let us sort out our differences later on. Once Goa is safe and the Goans are safe there will be lot of time to carry on with these fights. Right the main topics are getting neglected. But are these fights going to give us anything good? - Menino de Valpoi

  78. When I first came across Nizgoenkar I was quite impressed with it!!! I thought this is it. But today having gone through the entire discussion above I am greatly dissappointed. You people seem to be using this forum to settle personal scores and for ego trips. Nizgoenkars let us get back to the basics for which we are all here.

GOA IS IN A CRISIS & GOA REQUIRES US !!!!!!!!!!

Let us put our differences behind us and ignore those who talk crap.

This blog seems to be sinking to a new low.Lets not sabotage our efforts and those of well meaning Nizgoenkars.

Our Mother GOA requires her brave sons to be surmounting all obstacles and finishing the fight, not squibbling adolescents.

All my best wishes and prayers for a UNITED GOA & UNITED NIZGOENKARS !!!

    Cheers
