BANGALORE RESIDENT ARRESTED AT DABOLIM FOR POSSESSING LIVE BULLET

VASCO: Vasco police on Monday arrested Suhas Suresh, 25, a resident of Bangalore, for possessing a live bullet. Suresh was arrested at the Dabolim airport.
Investigating officer, PSI Prashal Desai said, "Suresh told us that the live bullet belongs to his uncle and that he has been carrying it for a year now. He doesn't have any valid documents for it though."
Suresh was arrested around 2.30pm when the Jet Airways flight to Bangalore was boarding. The CISF found the bullet in his wallet. The CISF PI immediately informed the Vasco police, who later arrested Suresh.
Desai said that Suresh told the police that he had come to Goa four days ago with three friends on holiday. The friends have stayed back. Police have booked the case under Section 3 read with 25 of the Arms Act. (TNN)

  1. Caring a live bullet in an attempt to board a public transport should not be taken lightly. Whatever the reason for caring that bullet will this Subas Suresh ever see the gates of the prison???

I applaud the CSIF in this instance.
However as Diogo said...will this "ONE BULLET COW-BOY" get the appropriate justice?
Reading the story I get the initial impression that this "BANGLORE BULLET",Suhas Suresh is nothing more than a show off or some sort of DADAGIRI.
Carrying a bullet is his method of telling everyone he has the capacity to eliminate them if they contradict him.
If he is a frequent visitor to Goa, then there is another story that needs to be unearthed alomg with hi suncle.
I hope he is not a Freedom Fighter.I just need to remind him that the Portuguese left a long time ago. However the only person still fighting the "long gone" Portuguese is Karmali.
If Karmali was left in an empty room...he would also fight with the empty room.

  3. Diogo... Gates of Prison??? No way. Aquittal tomorrow with judge saying that it has a sentimental value because his uncle gave it to him. He will be left with a mild warning not to do such things in the future. End of the Story!!!
