ROHIT MONSERRATE ACQUITTED BY COURT FROM THE CHARGES OF RAPING A GERMAN MINOR GIRL

PANJIM: The Goa Children's Court has acquitted Rohit, son of state Education Minister Atanasio Monserratte, from the charges of raping a German minor girl. Rohit was arrested in November 2008 for allegedly raping a 14-year-old German girl and also sending her lewd messages.
The court acquitted Rohit on Wednesday as the mother of the victim and the girl refused to cooperate with the prosecution. Both have returned to Germany and were not available to testify before the court.
The victim's mother even refused to make available the birth certificate of the girl, which was a proof of her being a minor. Rohit was accused of raping the victim in his car at Bambolim, a town near Panjim and thereafter sending her lewd messages.
The victim's mother lodged a complaint with Calangute police on October 2, 2008, but Rohit remained absconding till he surrendered on November 4, 2008. The court had given time for the prosecution to seek help of the German consulate for recording the statement of the victim and her mother. But both of them did not cooperate with the authorities. – PTI

  2. The Devil's Advocte argued the case but the Might of God cannot be bought. God's justice is awaiting this family of the immorals, chors, looters and shameless. How could they live and eat a happy meal? Only God knows.
This may be another achievement for the Monsters but for how long will it last?

The German Mother, after her ordeal possibly made a good decision not to attend the Hearings.
She is fully aware that Justice cannot always be found or served, in Goa.
She has possibly chosen to cut her losses, & further damage being caused, to her daughter.
The term Rapist will now continously accompany Rohit Monseratte till his death.Rohit has already been branded. His Money will not change this Title of RAPIST, that he has accquired.
Going by Rohits behaviour and demeanour, he is bound to re-offend again. It is a family trait. It is a trait visible in both, his Mother & Father and all Goans are very well aware of it.
Rohit has not been completely acquitted. exonerated or absolved of the crime. He has been acquitted purely  on a "Techincality" .

This rapist should have been dealt with mob law, as the Judical system in Goa does not work.

  10. There is no difference between courts of Goa and fish markets as both justice and fish can buy for a price. Long live Portugal and their legal system.

  13. Monserrates can buy the judiciary but cannot buy the TAG of a RAPIST and God's justice, you are right Mr. Fernandes.

The tag "Child Rapist", will accompany Rohit Monseratte , in every social circle he hangs about in.
This tag cannot be rubbed out or erased.
He has not been "acquitted" OR ABSOLVED in this Court Case by the JUDICIAL edict & PRINCIPLE of..."BEYOND ALL REASONABLE DOUBT".

The woman that eventually chooses to marry this MONSTER, will only do so for the sake of money and not love.
It will most likely be a woman of loose morals too or one that has a demented & skewed sense of Honour & dignity & morals.I pity the off-spring born out of such a Union.

Paedophilles, like Rohit are despised by Societ,y in every part /corner of the world. In some countries Rohit would have already been put to death.

I doubt Rohit has learnt from this incident. He is more likely to commit further offences.
There are 2 factors for this. His parents(who continually & serially offend) are no examples and his inabliity to comprehend social stigmas.
The element of "Social & Moral Responsibility" is missing from their brains. It has never been inculcated in his brains by his immoral parents.
There is a saying."children are & become the image of their parents.I will let you work this one out!!!

Tourists women beware if you come to Goa, Politicians' sons will rape you & your daughters. You will never see justice served as it can be cheaply bought in Goa.
