KAMAT, SHIRODKAR IN TROUBLE FOR SUPPORTING VALANKA

MARGAO: In a development that would put party leaders in a fix, some of the contestants for the Youth Congress polls have complained to party election officials about the interference of party heavyweights in support of Valanka Alemao.
Sources in the know said that the contestants have made a representation to the election officials seeking to know how party leaders, including Chief Minister, Digambar Kamat and GPCC president Subhash Shirodkar could involve themselves in the campaign in favour of Valanka’s candidature.
They pointed out that the ensuing elections to the Executive Committee will not be free and fair with heavyweights interfering in the elections. They felt that the ongoing process should be instead scrapped and the favourite candidate of the heavyweights declared elected if there’s no mechanism in place to keep the Ministers and MLAs out of the election campaign.
The petition made to the YC election officials comes against the backdrop of the meeting held at a city- based hotel here early this week and attended by Chief Minister, Digambar Kamat, GPCC president Subhash Shirodkar, PWD Minister, Churchill Alemao, Panchayat Minister, Babu Azgaonkar, MLA Mauvin Godinho and GPCC general secretary to discuss the youth congress polls and to drum up support for Valanka’s candidature.

NIZ GOENKAR ADDS: The Ring Master of this political circus Churchill Alemao has started with his tricks to sabotage the political process. He is famous for his dirty tricks in sabotaging, extorting and using the process of hijacking causes and projects. The contestants of the Youth Congress have been grumbling not for the love of Goans. They should also point to the corruption in Congress and the government run by corrupt, incompetent Digambar Kamat. – SR

  1. You are right NIZ Goenkar, circus of 40 chors has just begun. Chors support chors. We Goans are audience sit and watch the fun.If we Goan want justices for our dear ones then kick these 40 arseholes. Now they would come to beg for votes. Digu mamu went for hitech to hear peoples greivences. We shameless Goans should ask him where he was for last 4 year. Now 40 crooks will lick your bootss. Why this dirty and filthy CM can't use video conferencing  to talk to Delhi babus. Why he is using tax payers money to go to Delhi. Once they are elected merry go round would start. If you want to save our Goa then we should think twice before we elect  same 40 crooks.

  2. More of the tricks are in the hat. The Grand Circus is yet to begin. In days to come, we will see defections, floor crossings, shifting of allegiance from one side to the other. The public will be mere helpless spectators, watching this circus and fighting with each others for the sake of their leaders. Friends will turn foes, neighbours will turn strangers and the chamchas will eat the pie made of fallen crumbs. Amchem Goa Mahan!

  5. That advocate quailification is purchsed because  that "Adv" prefix is a hot seller during elections. rmenber Adv. Luizinho, Adv. Narvekar, Adv. Leo Velho, Adv. Francis, etc, etc.
Churchill knows its value  compared to his own prefix "Botto" Churchill Alemao.
