  1. Mangalsutra is symbol of marriage blessed by the Hindu priest. These thieves are low down sons of bitches. But will they ever be caught? Today's Goa has become a haven for all types of criminals, The railways and the National Highways make their escape quicker than their entry into Goa. Our current laws do not deter these criminals, Goa needs to revise the entire judicial system.

  2. When the fathers of the law are blind, who will revive? Law is designed to protect people with muscles and money power.

These sort of robberies are now becoming common & frequent in Goa.
It seems like the Thieves have become smarter than the Politicians.
If this thief is caught......he will most likely be given a kiss by the Law Courts and acquitted.
Goa Police too will deal with his case porously and with Love, that and accquital is guaranteed.
Best, for these sort of Thieves is Street Justice and punishment.
Cops in Goa these days are more conncerned about the welfare of Thieves, Rapists and Murderers rather than the victims.
