POLICE OPPOSE GRANTING OF PERMISSION FOR MICKKY TO TRAVEL ABROAD

MARGAO: The Crime branch on Tuesday has opposed granting permission for former Minister Mickky Pacheco to travel abroad and as well as released of the CPUs attached by the investigating agency in connection with the Nadia Torrado death case.  Mickky’s application will come up for arguments in the sessions court on November 25.
In its reply to Pacheco’s application, the Crime branch said the former Minister may tamper with evidence if the CPUs and other articles are released to him. The investigating agency has said most of the seized items are sent to the central forensic laboratory and the report is awaited.  The investigating agency has further submitted in the court that it will furnish details of the items seized from the former Minister and subsequently released during investigations of the case.(HD)

  2. I am sure commentators should ignore this. This is just another cruel mockery of the Indian judicial system. Why should the CB even attempt to block his travel? He has done it twice earlier including his last trip to Dubai. Is Crime Branch fooling the people? Criminals are free to be at their choice whereas innocent souls will be languishing in jails. Mockery of the first order. Money talks, bullshit walks.

I completely agree with Robert de Goems evaluation.

To Robert de Goem.....apparently Mickky was not permitted to travel/enter Dubai recently.Reasons unknown.
The USA will be monitoring his activities if he travels there microscopically.
So I guess we will have to wait and see his next destination.
Luxenbourgh seems like a possibility as he has registered a company there for money laundering and Tax evasion. He has to publish his accounts for the Luxenburgh business soon(this financial year).
Bharain is another known country for his clandestine operations...but I believe he is also subject to entry rules due to a misdemeanor & minor crime there too.
Russia would be a fair bet.He must have some links with the Mafia there as he was mortgaging 2 properties to raise funds to open a shipping company.....until his ex Sara brought objections and an injuction.
Cayman Island would also be another potential territory. He set up a fake Shipping company there .He then used this fake company to recruit poor Goan boys to work on ships. The fake company was used to obtain visas / work permits to work on ships. The boys would be joining these cruise ships in a USA port. However the actual purpose was for the boys, once in the USA to "jump ship" and abscond in the USA(never joining a ship).
Mickkys fees for his corrupt scams would be paid in dollars in the USA.
His partner in these businesses is another low life Matthew Diniz, owner of Kentuckee Restaurant in Colva,. who runs a similar scam for poor Goan...but travelling to the UK.
Mr Diniz has also mis-appropriated his restaurant property from a Mr CAMARA.

  4. @ N Fernandes, you woke me up from my sleep. Though I get this chance to open my eyes on your blog very rarely due to my flourishing business, I cannot miss your well done research, assessments and accurately pointed information. And anything regarding mouse and mice interests me because of my business.
Your assessment is sharp, accurate and up to date. If the Mouse goes to Bahrain where he worked earlier as a helper for a tailoring shop and later caught stealing. The case registered against, convicted and deported him, there may be a possible NO ENTRY.
Russia is a favorite destination where not much information or documents needed for travel. His appetite for fleshy things could also be easily met.
Good to keep a watch, find anyone limping and scratching bolls, you guess it, that the mouse.
