It is our fault that these Karwaris come and contest the elections against our own people. The pockets of the authority concerned to make them Goans must have been lined up. Wake up Goans specially the people of Valpoi else these people will try to be our bosses.
ReplyDeleteThe politicians like Chorchill, Matka naik, Cowmuth are responsible for all this outside interference in our matters. If the Goans go and settle in Karwar do you fellows think they will allow us to contest their elections? Do you think they will give us the ration cards there? do you think that they will give us Karwar EPIC cards? No never and the locals will object and block that move by all means.
ReplyDeleteThe people of Valpoi must be ashamed that they allow such things happen in Valpoi. What about their MLA? He should make sure that no outsider contests there. I doubt the Valpoi populace will see any sense given the backwardness there.
ReplyDeleteWhen will this degradin system end I do not know. No country in the world has anything based on caste. In fact there are no caste system outside india. India is the only stupid country that has this system. A day will come and the administration of India wil go to dogs if uneducated people are in charge of it.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like everybody wants to be a politician. People have seen how the politicians mint money and so everybody is out to be a politician.
ReplyDeleteYes Jane. You don't need any education or qualification. You don't even need a brain. All you need is a big mouth to talk and big pockets to fill. It's become norm of the day. Easy money. Everybody has learnt that, including ghanttis. Our current corrupt politicians are leading by example.
ReplyDeleteNot only the musclemen and the rich find good scope in Goan politics but even the mentally unsound can boast of representing the people. I won't be surprised if tomorrow a mad man becomes the Chairperson of Valpoi Municipality!
ReplyDeleteAnd then he will transform Valpoi into a Lunatic Asylum. Slowly and steadily, from there it will spread all over Goa and all poor Goans will become lunatics because our current ministers are fanatics.
ReplyDeleteDoes this mean we are heading towards a disaster? Menino, do you still think of returning back to Valpoi?
