SUPARI TO KILL RAVI NAIK’S SON: GOA GOVERNMENT PROVIDES SECURITY

PANJIM September 22: After a criminal confessed to taking a contract(Supari) to kill Roy Naik the son of Goa’s Home Minister, the Goa Government has provided personal security officers (PSOs) to both sons of the minister. The Home Ministers security has been further enhanced from Z to Z plus.
Roy Naik who was in news due to his alleged involvement in the police-politician-drug nexus case and his brother Ritesh Naik were provided Personal Security Officers on the recommendation of senior officials .
Goa’s Director General of Police (DGP) has accepted the fact that there were inputs of threats to home ministers family in a press conference held in the city on Wednesday.  “Adequate security has been provided to the family,”, the DGP Shri Bhimsen Bassi told media persons.
Speaking on the issue Home Minister Ravi Naik has said that some arrests are already been done in the case and more arrests are possible.
Michael a runaway criminal had confessed to the police during an interrogation that he had accepted ’supari’ (contract) at a popular pub in Baga this month to kill Roy Naik . Michael had escaped from the police during a raid in Calangute and was later arrested by the police on September 10th. He is a key accused in nearly 35 cases of dacoity, robberies, extortions etc. in Goa and other neighbouring states.
The opposition has demanded a probe into the allegations and demanded that the home minister be stripped of his portfolio to facilitate an impartial probe.
Police however have refrained from naming those who could have given Michael the contract to kill Roy.

  1. Much more better it would be if the whole Naik family is wiped out from the face of this earth. Roy is a drug dealer, and his father the Pilot Matka Naik is sheltering him. Hope Mr. Michael escapes and kills Roy and the whole family including Ravi.

  3. Oh dear!! another pan is missing its supari, I would like to know what is in this Michael's CV about contract Killing. Why are these Guys trying to fool us all? Why draw away attention from the inquiry that the Goan Citizens have requested? Why waste tax payers money? the amount of money these people have they can hire their own security.

  4. This is fairtale made by Ravi Pilot to give security to his drug mafia son Roy - I don't beleive Police that says that thief confessed that he received supari to kill these criminals.Roy need protection to carry his drug business.Let them hire private security instead of Government.

Instead of spending Public money in providing personal security to this family of rogues, why not lodge them all in Tihar Jail, out of Goa and out of sight. It will provide them protection with no extra expense.

  6. He himself is a criminal and looks, walks and talks like a criminal too! Let the criminal fight against criminal and save us from the bondage of these corrupt politicians, who are destroying of our beautiful Goa. Then for what reason does he require extra security. This is all fake and publicity stunt. Ravi the motorcycle pilot and madka king is gathering some sympathy for his son from the people to get him elected in the next election. Hope and praying very hard that our Goans realize this and come to their senses otherwise god forbids there will be much more to come for the Goans to watch for the destruction of Goa and its identity.

  7. The Goa government fails to understand that the Naiks are "merchants of doom & death". By the very act of getting involved in the drug trade and the sale of drugs, they are involved and contribute in the death of many young Goans & tourists from mis-use asn addiction to drugs. Most other countries would "not" protect such people. On just a suspicion of the Naiks selling drugs, they would take immediate and corrective action. The whole of Goa knows about this family`s involvement in drugs..Only Mr Digamber Kamat seems to want to turn a blind eye to it.He needs Ravi Naik to keep his Coalition of criminals afloat.

  8. Well someone was out to do a good deed and save Goa. Why did the cops have to arrest Michael. He was out to kill a drug dealer and pusher. Michael would have gone down in history as a great son of Goa for doing away with Ravi, Roy and family. He was about to do the job of the cops.

  9. The Goa government is a fool. The police should have let michael go because he was out on a mission to do something good for Goa. By killing Roy, Michael would have done a great job and a social work for Goa. I still say that Michael should be released and allowed to cleanse away the dirt (Roy) along with the whole family

  10. Just see how many families are ruined because of Ravi Naik's son who does nothing but pushes drugs in Goa hand in hand with the Goa police.

  11. Michael was a good samaritan for the Goans. By doing away with the home minister he would have done Goa a big favour. Why was he stopped by police?
On the other hand are the police just trying to create a story? It is rather strange! and who gave the supari to Michael to do that? The cops are lying.

  12. This is rather a created story to protect his son in doing business of selling drugs with police escort. Michael would have done a great fvor to us Niz Goenkars and hope this day will not be long when every politician of the present cadre will get rid of each other. Why waste our money on this big time criminal by providing them security? Can they not spend a few rupees from the loot of Goa coffers and provide security for themselves? i wish someone does the job perfectly to eliminate these rogs. Viva Niz Goenkara

  13. As I was just thinking about this story, it came to my mind that something is rotting up within the Naik household. Is it due to the fear that Atala's soul is hunting them? Who knows Atala is being killed to save this son of a thug? Why is there so much silence on Atala's dissapearence? Why should his advocate be not arrested for assuring the court that his client wont jump bail? Was it a planned operation? Are the drug lords gunning for his head since Atala is buried in a mystery? Are some Israeli's hunting for the drug lord from Ponda and so is he afraid to move freely? I feel happ too that this son of a thug is not a ordinary man any more, he is living in fear and will never be able to lead a life as free as we Niz Goenkars. The other theory could be that if Atala is allowed through the safe conduit, will he play revenge on this son of a thug from a far-off location? Israelis are famous for such operations. Only Pilot Naik and his son Charas Naik knows the truth behind the story. Or the other side of it is to kick start his usual business in the coming tourist season with full security under the nose of the faithful dogs in khaki owned by his father. Still, the question is he is not threathened by outside terrorists so why spend our money for the security of a private citizen? Remember, we all pay due taxes and we have a right to question how the money is spent.

  14. His very appearance tells the story, he's been a pimp for survival.

This family has originated from the oldest occupation in the world to the helm of politics to the illicit sale of narcotics. This is a mortal duo of father and son with immoral characters born out of wedlocks with no family values.

Now, that he is a high risk individual drugs will flow as serene as the waters of the Mandovi.

  16. And his son is now sitting for the elections because he is a grown up lad and can make up his own mind without the help of his father. Did he also make up his mind to sell drugs without the influence of his father? If his father was an ordinary citizen, would he have the guts to sell drugs to the innocent? Supari killing??? Ha! Ha!!! I would keep on shoving beetle nuts into his fat arse until he was bloated.
