GOA NCP HELL BENT ON MAKING A DISGRACED MICKKY PACHECO MINISTER AGAIN

PANJIM: Tightening the noose round the necks of the Revenue Minister, Mr Jose Phillip D’Souza and Tourism Minister, Mr Nilkanth Halarnkar, the state Nationalist Congress Party, on Monday, unanimously decided to demand immediate induction of Mr Francisco Xavier Pacheco alias Mickky into the cabinet.
Addressing a press conference, on Monday evening, after the executive committee meeting, the state party president, Mr Surendra Sirsat said the state executive committee unanimously resolved to endorse the decision of the party national president, Mr Sharad Pawar seeking the resignation of Mr D’Souza and Mr Halarnkar from the cabinet of the Digambar Kamat government and induction of Mr Pacheco into the council of the ministers.
Mr Sirsat said the committee also endorsed to drop Mr D’Souza from the post of leader of the NCP legislature party and Mr Halarnkar from the post of chief whip of the NCP legislators and appoint Mr Pacheco as the leader of the legislative party as well as the chief whip of the NCP legislators in the Goa Legislative Assembly.
He said that the party will convey the same to the Speaker, Mr Pratapsingh Rane and added that every party has the right to appoint the leader of the legislature party.
The two ministers were not present for the executive committee meeting.  The state NCP president said that the two had not given any explanation for their absence and that he will seek an explanation for the same and termed their behaviour as anti-party.
He said that the high command has been apprised of the developments.  He was also critical of the two cabinet ministers for failing to tender their resignations and defying the party high command.
He further said that the decision was taken in the best interest of the party not of the legislators and the party will definitely take disciplinary action against the two.  Speaking further, Mr Sirsat said that the meeting also took strong exception to the adamant attitude of state Congress party in implementing the decision of the NCP high command.
He said that it was further resolved to recommend the withdrawal of the support to the alliance government if Congress failed to mend its ways.  The irresponsible behavior of the Congress party will only strengthen the communal forces, and secular forces will take a backseat, he remarked.
It was also resolved to convey the sentiments of the party to the high command that NCP should participate in the next assembly election in full strength and contest all 40 assembly seats if Congress party failed to adhere to the coalition dharma.
He, however, said, the decision on the coalition will be taken by the party high command, and the party wants to be prepared in case the coalition agreement doesn’t take place.  The state executive committee resolved to participate in ensuing Corporation of the City of Panjim elections will full force.
The committee appointed a core committee under the chairmanship of Mr Pacheco with Mr Avinash Bhonsle, CCP corporator and general secretary, Mr Venkatesh Prabhu Moni, general secretary, Mr Sayeed Salim, chairman of minority cell and Mr Tanveer Khatib, president, Nationalist Youth Congress as members to decide on the election strategy and candidates.
The state NCP president also said that the committee will decide on candidates, wards besides on support to other candidates.  He said the party high command is likely to take a final decision on the stalemate within the party within a week.
Meanwhile, Mr Pacheco speaking to reporters, after the executive committee meeting, expressed his happiness and said that no individual is above the party and that he will abide by whatever decision is taken by the party.
He, however, refused to comment on the other developments within the party and said the high command will take the final decision.

It will be disgrace to Humanity and the human race if this SEX hungry monster is made the minister again. In the western countries, anybody including managers get caught in some scandal or even if there is a rumour about them involved in wrong activities they themselves resign immediately and never come back even if they are forced. HERE IS THE "BAIZON" MICKKY PACHECO the BALLS SCRATCHER and a Rapist eager to come back to power shamelessly. But then what can one expect of a TAILOR?
