VALPOI: Valpoi police have found a badly decomposed body lying in a stream located at Nagvem. Police Inspector, Mr Shivram Vainganker says the body was discovered by some unknown person and called up Valpoi police in the evening.
Police on receiving the call trace the location of body inside the forest which is just less than 50 metres away from Valpoi Panjim highway. He says the person's body was so badly decomposed that body parts were scattered about. It is presume that body has been lying from last 20 days and must have committed suicide.
Police presume it a case of suicide due to the fact that the 4 packets of rat poison is found of which 3 are emptied and also pet bottles containing liquid are lying in plastic bags adjacent to the decompose body. “At this stage it is impossible to say what is the exact cause of death but we can just presume with the available things” Mr Vainganker added. Police however confirmed that the body found is of male and revealed that except these material Paragon slippers of 9 numbers is found at the site.
Body is sent for post mortem after conducting panchanama by Head constable Mr Ankush Sawant under supervision of PI Shivram Vainganker.

From the pictures above it appears that the smell is very horrible and unbearable. Lord have mercy!
