Despite all the political turmoil and with so many unresolved issues confronting Goa, Digambar Kamat has been able to hang on as Chief Minister. His government is known only for its assurances and keeping decisions in abeyance.
The Chief Minister must have himself lost track of the number of committees he has appointed to examine various issues. He may be indecisive but Digambar Kamat never loses his calm. He always remains as cool as an ice cream. Even when confronted, he does not retaliate. Unlike his Health Minister, he has neither threatened nor abused me. On the contrary he has been reminding me that we should sometime have dinner together. But I have just not had the appetite.
Running a coalition government with ever so many greedy Ministers and MLAs can be a strenuous and nerve-wracking task. In the bargain Goa and Goans have lost but to his credit Digambar Kamat has not lost any hair, weight and more importantly, his chair. So what is the key Mr. Chief Minister? Are cucumbers helping you maintain your composure while the divine intervention protects your chair?

ReplyDeleteThe CM will be cool as he has accumulated enough wealth to worry about Goans. He has his guaranteed vote bank in Monti Dongor. He sees no evil in his MLAs criminal activities neither does he clean up goa of internal and external criminal elements.
ReplyDeleteIn my personal view the Current Chief Minister of Goa Mr Dickonov Kamatski is no statesman.He would not even be suited to be a Class Room Moinitor or School Prefect.
ReplyDeleteHe is unable to take firm decisions and relies totally on a few of his Ministers and the big Buffon of Varca Churchill and the uneducated matka king, Motorcycle Pilot and boot polisher of Ponda, Raviski Naikov.
The C.M. is no Statesman nor does he possess any Brinkmanship.
Every time there is an issue in Goa , he saunters off to New Delhi to meet his mentors at the Congress Party GOA DESK.
Goa might as well be run by these Goa Desks.
Mr Kamatski, in his term has actually brought disrepute to the State of Goa and all of its Administration.
Rapes have increased.
Churches and Temples have been burgled and looted by his imported migrants.
The drug cases are rampant and prolific
MAssage parlours and Prostitution has increased manifold.
Corruption has sky rocketed to over 1000%
All the MLA`s have stashed Black money in foreign Banks.Churchill and MAuvin Godinho are the lead scoundrels in these activities.Churchill was born into this activity and time has not changed him.He has now appointed Valank to continue as soon as he retires.
Garbage again has reached such proportions ,that Goa might as well be considered a "Dustbin".
Mining has become uncontrollable
All I say in conclusion , even though there is more, is that Dickonov Kamatski must be removed as soon as is possible.He has destroyed Goa
Shame on the C.M.
The Curses of all Goans will be on him and his soul.
The CM is cool because he has cushioned himself so well with all the ill-gotten wealth that he has assured himself an air conditioned life untill the day he will go into the incinerator at the end of his life. He hasn't felt the outside heat as yet, as the outside heat has not yet reached its optimum capacity.
