PSI GUDLAR SUSPENDED AFTER ONE WEEK OF EXPOSURE IN DRUGS SALE CASE

PANJIM: The police on Thursday suspended former ANC cop PSI Sunil Gudlar, a week after video clippings in a spy-camera showed him selling drugs, demanding a bribe and threatening to plant charas on a person if he failed to pay money.
This was done after the crime branch, which is investigating the case, submitted a detailed report to the DGP. The DGP, in turn, submitted the report to chief minister Digambar Kamat.
Kamat had on Thursday asked the state home ministry to submit a report in the cases exposing the nexus between police officers and drug dealers in the state. (TNN)

  1. For the Heinous crimes which the Men in Uniform commit for which there is all documentary evidence suspension is " NOT THE ANSWER". Cops of this Shady Character should be first Flogged in Public and then stripped of their Titles and all the Benefits they are entitled too including pensions & PF.
Going back to Ravi Pilot Naiks statement that there are no Drugs in the market, i would like to question if there are No Drugs how come the very Police who are supposed to Keep Goa Drug free are themselves getting caught in the Drugs ( Sting Operations) Can someone Pinch me. Just want to make sure I am not Day Dreaming.

  3. what more evidence do you need to proceed, mr policeman or politician. If he or she was some other common goan, would have been jailed and beaten black and blue without evidence or proof. Goans are better off without such policeman or politicians. With criminals like these who needs terrorists?
