Nothing strange in this video. This is a true picture of Goan unity. They have the money and they have the power and still are in the same boat. The people of these constituencies that have voted them are the big loosers. I had say they were the IGNORANT lot who accepted money from them for bathrooms, house tiles, constructing sewage tanks and for entertaining party workers. The Ghanttis may have had the last laugh.
