SWINDON: The post mortem examination has revealed that the 40 year old Raimundo Pereira who was murdered on Friday night died from multiple stab wounds. A home office pathologist concluded that the victim was stabbed to death.

The area along the site of the incident, along Gladstone street, which was cordoned off since the incident took place has been re-opened to the public for use.
After a heavy search and hard work the police recovered the a weapon which will be sent to forensic examination
Today, this morning in the early hours, Edino Carvalho,23, of Plymouth Street,was charged with murder. He has been remanded in custody to appear at Swindon Magistrates Court tomorrow.
Another 22 year old man who was also arrested has been released today at about 3:00 AM on police bail pending further enquiries.
Detective Superintendent Sean Memory who heads the investigation said: "I would like to thank all those who have been assisting us with our investigation so far and especially the local community for their understanding and support whilst our enquiries have been ongoing in the area.
"Serious crimes like this one can have a far reaching affect on those communities directly involved but we believe this was very much an isolated incident. We understand those involved knew each other and we are continuing to establish the circumstances surrounding the attack.

Portuguese Passports issued in Goa , are also issued on trust.At this moment I am not sure if a criminal check is done before a Passport is issued.
A Portuguese passport entitles a person to immigrate or reside in any EU (European Union ) Country.
Indian Passport holders require a Visa to enter the Uk.
The only time a Police Cleareance Certificate is required , is when a person departs from any airport or harbour.
However Police Clearance Certificates in India and specially in Goa can be purchased from the Crooked Police for a fee.
I assume Edino Carvalho obtained his Police clearance from a corrupt or crooked Police & with the blessing of a Politician.
Prime Politicians in this case will be Victoria Fernandes & Babush Monseratte.Victoria Fernandes`s son Rudolf tooo could have played a part as Edino was in his gand or under his supervision.
At any UK port of entry, a Police check is not done or not required.

Children are at home without any love from either of the parents who are busy lusting for money. Children have nobody to talk to their difficulties.
