MARGAO: The additional district and sessions judge, South Goa, Mr Desmond D’Costa on Wednesday granted permission to former tourism minister and Benaulim MLA, Mr Francisco Pacheco, in connection with his National capital visit.
He had made an application before sessions court on Tuesday praying that he may be allowed to visit Delhi, between September 15 to 25. The court had issued notices to police, defence advocate and public prosecutor and arguments were heard on Wednesday.
After hearing the arguments from defence and prosecution the court passed the order and also stated that the applicant has to inform the court after he returns to Goa.
He must be having a new replacement for Nadia in Delhi. Since his past handbags are having trouble in Goa being in the eyes of everyone, he must by now kept them in Delhi. No one will understand this man's manipulations, master manipulator. We all have seen these type of people in the past and know what could be the fate of all bad offsprings.
ReplyDeleteWhatever he asks is granted. Excellent example for others like him.
ReplyDeleteYes dlp, the courts in Goa are corrupt too. Gone are the old judges who never took a single paisa and anyone approaching with money was a dead man in the court of these terrific judges.
ReplyDeleteThose were the days Sandesh. We thought they'd never end, but Alas!
ReplyDeleteThe judiciary in Goa has failed, judges sometimes acts like politicians. The same crime has got two types of justice delivered by the same judge for two different individuals. However, remember, the new generation of judges come from the generation after the Portuguese regime so it is simpler to understand that Portuguese left honesty in it's people until diluted with Indian values and we became corrupt.
ReplyDeleteWoh! these days advocate Lady Ana Cleto must be busy counting to the bank. What a luck! Sister Lady Auda must be laughing with the shower of gifts and Redorao Grasseater must be silently stashing the family wealth. What a household of crooks!!!
