MICKKY APPLIES TO COURT TO RELEASE HIS LAPTOPS AND MOBILES

MARGAO: Former Tourism Minister, Mickky Pacheco has moved an application before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Margao for release of his laptops and mobiles seized by the CBI in connection with the alleged overseas recruitment and money laundering case.
Pacheco’s lawyer, Adv Srikant Naik said the application has been filed since it is now more than a month that the application for release of the items was rejected by the court.
Adv Naik maintained that the CBI had last time around submitted to the court that Pacheco’s three laptops and three mobile phones have been sent for forensic laboratory, Hyderabad for expert examination.  He, however, contended that the items have till date not been returned or released to the Benaulim MLA. The court has ordered serving of notices on the CBI for a reply. The matter will come up for hearing next week.

Hi Shyam; I agree with you.I am not sure why Mickky is so desperate after being told by the crime branch / investigation officer that they are are still awaiting forensic data from Hyderabad.
I am aware Mickky runs a business called Bresources in the USA and a travel agency in Goa.Surely they must have a basic back-up system.
He forgets his Businesses are under investigation by the CBI due to money laundering and immigration scams.
The case involving Nadia Torrado will also shed a light if there was any abetement in her suicide due to finiancial irregularities and finding pieces to a jigsaw.
    Mickky is no "bright spark".
As you say lack of education must be his weakest point.
