AVINASH BHONSLE GETS ON LY SEVEN VOTES: GOANS AMUSED AT IT

PANJIM: The CCP elections saw one of the most surprising results. Avinash Bhosale, leader of the panel backed by the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), polled only seven votes.  Bhosale was furious with the results. "The results show that money talks and sanity walks. The sanity of the people has gone for a walk," he said. Regaining his composure a few minutes later, Bhosale said, "I respect the mandate of the people. I accept defeat."
The NCP's Benaulim MLA Francisco 'Mickky' Pacheco had caused a stir two months ago when he announced that he would field candidates for the CCP polls. "Mickky detached himself from the campaign. We also started late. As far as logistics go, we didn't get support from Mickky," said Bhosale

It is no point relying on Mickky. He is on his way out of Politics. He is currebtly in Political "Limbo".
He is trying to form a new Party called "UNITED GOANS PARTY.He believes using this name (UGP)which was used by Dr Jack Sequeira, will guarantee him results,
I wonder if his "HUMMER" will be the new age Party Symbol?..Or a "RATOL TUBE"...or a "WHEEL CHAIR".
The one that I think may give him some votes is a "BABY CRYING".
Another idea would be to name the Party, United Goondas Party. He can also count on Matthew Diniz`s vote.

writing about the 7 Votes Avinash Bhosale got, I wonder if "Snow White" was in Panjim town on the 13th March. It seems like the 7 Dwarfs were very active casting their votes.!!!!
