It is extremely distressing that the High Court had to intervene to rescue a 70 year old whose access to his abode at Dona Paula was being blocked by our Health Minister Mr.Vishwajit Rane.
If one stoops so low for a mere piece of land one wonders what vicious battles and wars would be waged to assume power and authority. I am sure when he turns 70 himself, Vishwajit Rane would not like to be bullied by a kid. But what you sow, you shall reap Mr. Health Minister.
Ministers flouting the law with impunity reflects the lawlessness in the state. Officers who comply with the illegal dictats of those in power are equally responsible for abetting these illegalities. Their salaries are paid for by the people of Goa and they should have the spine to refuse complying the illegal orders of their political masters.
And that the Health Minister Vishwajit Rane is himself residing in a bungalow that is allegedly illegal as it does not even have an occupancy certificate is something very serious. So the police security given to him as a Minister is to protect an illegal structure. Does this augur well for Goa when even Bihar is moving ahead from lawlessness?
This is not the first case where Vishwajeet has threatened the residents of Dona Paula. He also was also eyeing the Mirabel resort and had harrassed the owner on a number of occasions.
ReplyDeleteIn both these cases the victims are Goans, and both are senior citizens. And in both the cases the senior citizens had worked abroad and invested their money in Goa. The owner of Mirabel too had to fight in the court against all odds to reclaim her resort. It was a good thing that she was financially helped by her brothers and sisters who are in the US. Just imagine if the victims were not well off what would have been their plight.
Vishwajeet is know for his crooked ways. He has also encroached on the open space in front of his bunglaw.
Goa is ruled by the goondas and looters. The poor and the weak are living in a state of fear. where is democracy? Where is the rule of the law? Where are the fundamental rights of the citizens?
Goa has turned into a mafia-styled state.. even a banana republic is much better than the present government in Goa.
Wake up Goans. Unity is a must. Remember mass movements can uproot the worst type of tyranny and dictatorships. People's movements have ousted the corrupt and dictatorial governments all over the world. It started in France with the French Revolution. Of late, it happened in the Philippines with the People's Power, in Ukraine (Orange revolution), Poland (Solidarity movement), Romania, Russia, East Germany and is now happening in Thailand.
People of Goa, rise up and unite to throw these 40 chors and looters of Goa in the Mandovi river.
Viva Goa, Viva Niz Goenkar
Laws are made for the Ministers to violate them. Forgiving me for differing with the other gentlemen here on the forum, but as far as my knowledge is concerned Viswajeet is not like this. I know him well from our college days. He was rough etc but not to this extent.
ReplyDeleteJane de Sa;
ReplyDeleteMay I ask you to elaborate what you mean by "He was rough but not to this extent"?
Did anyone accuse him of being rough or is he accused of harassing retired Goan citizens, misusing the government machinery to intimidate.
If such badly educated goons with extortionist attitude, govern Goa; what governance does one expect?
Is he not accused with proof of phoning Adv. Aires with a threat to kill?
If proved guilty, he should be condemned to jail at least for a month, so that he cannot ever stand for elections.
Dear Jane, Your comments are somewhat polished to the days when Viswajeet was in college. Years have passed, he has changed to full-fledge crook. Now he got power and money and he can turned the table upside down to suit his egos. Please don’t judge a person by its cover. In earlier days of his life, maybe he was good but as time passes a good person can turn bad for the hunger of money.
ReplyDelete@Jane De Sa... I too know Vishwajeet in and out. For how many years do you know him in college and which college? Ask him what he did while he was studying in the higher secondary in Dhempe's. What happened to the Classroom by Nite accounts? It was part of the Creations- an inter-collegiate festival -- and no doubt he managed to bring in all the film stars, but what happened to the sponsorship amount that was collected? Check with Prof. Godse for more information. He was in-charge of the Students' Council then.Oh yes, have you forgotten about the 100 roses which he had sent to a Margao girl when she was already dating a basketball player?
ReplyDeleteVishwajeet has now learnt more tricks of the trade.
A snake may shed off his skin, but ultimately it is a snake. Same with Vishwajeet.
Hello Jane!
ReplyDeleteWas Vishwajeet your Tarzan then??? What Bebdo and others have come out with are true facts. A snake will always remain a snake and even if it is your pet, you can never trust him. You may have a soft corner for him, but be careful. If you go to him tomorrow for help, he will deny ever knowing or have met you. that is Wish-Wa-Jeet. Know what I mean????
@ Jane de Sa : Are you educated or are you simply ignorant ? This man whom you are defending is the son of a powerful man who is largely responsible for sending Goa into the doldrums through decades of decaying rule. Besides, Vishwajeet simply stinks of evil. High time you leave your teenage crush behind and come to the reality of the disease that these people have become for Goa and its citizens. Shame on You !
ReplyDelete@Jane de Sa : Are you educated or are you simply ignorant ? This man whom you are defending is the son of a corrupt man who is resoinsible for Goa being in the doldrums today through years of decaying rule. As a result of this influence Vishwajeet stinks of evil. High time you left your teenage crush behind and come to terms with the reality of the cancerous disease that these people have become for Goa and its citizens. I forgot to ask, are you goan ?

ReplyDelete@Jane, please forgive me for my language. Vishwajeet is a wrong name for the chap. He is actually the Naradmani of Goa. The biggest Chors of the North. I differ with your views as he has got double personality just like Vijay Chordessai.
ReplyDeleteI simply fail to understand Mr. RDM. You have given me a lecture or I feel you are irritated with me. But kindly see the language I used to refer my views. I have never called anybody any name or jumped at you. Neither have I praised Vishwajeet. It is merely a past based comment. I never defended him. Just read the comment properly.
ReplyDeleteJane De Sa...did you remember Vishwajeet as a good man for dating you? It would have been nice of you explain in which way you feel comfortable with Vishwajeet the wolf in sheep cloths…people across Goa know this evil Vishwajeet except the illiterate voters from his constituency.Vishwajeet & Babush Monserate are two different faces of same coin.
ReplyDelete@Jane de Sa : Forget the past and live in the present. Read more about Vish-wa-shit and also respond to what Bebdo has pointed out. If you are not aware of what he has written refrain from giving such positive views based on the distant past. Did not mean to offend you personally. Just that, like other Niz Goenkars on this blog the feeling for Goa and what is happening to her because of these scums of politicans is too strong. Could not express any better.
ReplyDeleteMario & RDM, Please you two first explain to me, why should somebody comment as per your say? Each one has got the right to express his her opinion, whether you like it or no. You two dolts are ganging on Jane does not make any sense here. I am a Niz Goenkar, but unlike you, I respect the feelings and comments of others. It is simple that you can debate an issue, rather than attack people for their comments if they do not par with yours. You two can do one thing remove your brains and send to Jane so that they can be transplanted into her. Then she will write exactly as you two want. What I do not understand is why should she feel the same way that you do. Let her think it the way she likes. Do not dictate to others what you have in mind and debate the issue like a gentlemen
ReplyDelete@Goan Executionar : No need for any explanations to you and neither am i asking anyone to fcomment as per my point of view. I too am expressing my point of view like the others.
ReplyDelete@ A Goan Executionar... I agree with you. Opinions may differ from person to person and we should refrain from personal attacks on our fellow Niz Goenkars.
ReplyDeleteThe issue here is the dirty illiterate goonda politicians. We should all unite to fight them and not to fight amongst ourselves. That will defeat the whole purpose of us coming together and fighting for our cause of saving Goa for Goans only.
Mog asundi
RDM & Mario, Please no offence intended as I know that you two are Niz Goenkars, I know I used the word dolts, but please I use it as a funny part or just like that with no offence intended. Just don't take it to heart. Remember that Jane is also a Niz Goenkar and is a follower of this site
ReplyDelete@Bebdo, Fully support what you have written in your first post above. Absolutely True ! No change in this world has ever been acheived without people coming out onto the streets and revolting against corrupt and dictatorship style mafia governments. The time is ripe in Goa for such a massive showdown. The time has come for Goans to abandon their differences and come together en masse to overthrow the shameless and exploiting political establishment once and for all. Its now or never ! Else we will all be left sussegado - working as slaves for the politcal establishment and the wealthy outsiders who are like hawks preying on our land.
ReplyDeleteBebdo is right in every way. Our main motive is to fight these chors who are taking us for a ride. When they see us fighting between ourselves, they will keep on laughing. Our main intention should be to attack them and keep on attacking. We may have different opinions but we can sort these out amicably without putting a bridge between ourselves. We are all Niz Goenkars and let us fight for us against these so-called God fearing Goenkars.
ReplyDeleteIf I say my wife is' beautiful' I do not offend anybody, But if I say my wife is beautiful than your wife , then I begin to offend you.So is the image of ws-wa-shit.My image of vis-wa-shit is less evil than your image of wi-va-shit.What does it matter? evil is evil. The poor man at 70
ReplyDeleteis proved Rightheous by court. The poor man at seventy has to defend his natural right. The poor man has to shell out from his pocket to pay a lawyer. Is this natural course of justice in a free democaratic country.A woman of 80 is attacked, a man of seventy is attacked, are the old and aged atacked in a fair society becausse of their age and helplessness? The court judgement says it all, the rightheous need protection from the evil and corrupt, whos is the evil? The answer is blowing in the wind my friend... search in the battle between the 70 year old man and his natural justice and you will find it there? I do not wish to ofeend anybody, If the cap fits you wear, if not toss it away, thanks.
I learnt a new word today after a long break...Vis-va-SHIT. Good, keep it up guys n gals.
ReplyDelete@ Tariamma.... indeed we should salute Anntonio do Rosario, the 70-year-old man for filing a case in the high court against the Vis-wa-shit. What does this shit thinks? He can do his dadagiri in Poriem and Valpoi, but he won't be able to show his shadow in Salcette.
ReplyDeleteToday if Goa is a separate state, it is because of the people of South Goa, especially the people from Salcette. I salute the people of Salcette for keeping the identity of Goa alive along with our language Konkani.
This son of a Rane and the Ranes wanted to merge Goa with Maharashtra. Now they are ministers because of us. Such arseholes don't deserve a place in Goa. They should either go to Maharashtra or to hell.
