CHURCHILL'S NOTE TO ACQUIRE LAND WILL BE OF NO HELP TO RAJEJA AT CARMONA

MARGAO: PWD Minister Churchill Alemao’s official note to acquire land for widening of the existing road to 10 meters may not be of any help to Mumbai-based real estate developer Ms K Raheja Universal Ltd to obtain construction license for construction of bungalows in Carmona village till the land in question is acquired and the road developed.
For, the Town and Country Planning department has again categorically maintained as in the past that any secondary development on the land owned by the Mumbai-based developer would be permitted only after “acquiring” and “development” of the road of 10 meters and shall be governed as per rules in force.
This question has assumed significance given the real estate developer had replied to the TCP citing the note put up by the PWD Minister towards acquisition of the land for road widening.  When contacted, Town Planner, Margao Rajesh Naik said his office is in receipt of the letter-cum-reply from the developer and the file is being processed as per rules.
He, however, replied in the negative when asked whether there exists any mandatory 10-meter road from the main road to the property. And, the Town Planner agreed that one of the conditions that Raheja will have to fulfill is the acquisition and development of a road of 10 meters to the property. “The file is being processed. Appropriate decision will be taken as per the rules and conditions”, he added.
The TCP had earlier issued NOC for sub-division of plots to K Rahejas Universal amongst other conditions that any secondary development will be permitted only after the acquisition and development of road of 10 meters.
Incidentally, PWD Minister Churchill Alemao had put up a note on November 30, 2009 issuing directions to the PWD, Executive Engineer to immediately take up land acquisition for widening of the road to 10 meters right up to Raheja property on grounds that the residents of the locality face hardships due to inadequate motorable access to reach their destination, especially during the monsoon.
Based on Alemao’s note, the Town and Country Planning had issued the NOC for sub-divisional of plots, but on conditions that any secondary development would be permitted only after the acquisition and development of the approach road to 10 meters. (HD)

  1. One should see the photo of the smuggler chorchill and his big lips daughter on the local news paper wishing the Goans. The thief and his collector are both wishing Goans! what a laugh! Big lips Valanka goes to monti dongor to get the deal (bribe) money as usual.

  2. If some villagers from an interior village of Goa had to request such an access road, Chorchill would have said that it is not possible.
The Rahejas have bribed Chorchill and Chorchill is hell bent on completion of this project despite opposition from the villagers of Carmona.
This very much shows that our illiterate-goonda politicians work for the real estate lobbies in Goa who are all out to destroy Goa, Goans and our culture.
Wake up Goans and kick out these 40 chors and support Niz Goenkar. We will bring in a change. Yes, with your help, we can!

  3. Churchill is the worst corrupt thief among the ministers. He is a double crosser and the people cannot even see what is happening around them. When he gets his suitcase full of money, under the table, he will dump the cause he is pretending to be fighting for. See Mopa case he took money and agreed for Mopa airport. Such B...s..td is churchill and now he is introducing big lips Valanka for that purpose.

  4. Like father like daughter. Again looters are replaceing themselves with younger looters. Valanka has already pretended to be a social worker, but she is actualy a money collector of her father in disguise. Hope Goencho Saib saves us from such people and never lets valanka get elected

CHURCHILL CANNOT OFFICIALLY ACQUIRE LAND FOR ROAD WIDENING TO A HOUSING COMPLEX.
UNDER ACQUISITION LAWS IT MUST BE FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE AND NOT PRIVATE 'RAHEJA'S' PURPOSE.
    Carmona beware!

  6. @Anonymous the VIII... you are absolutely correct. Under the Land Acquisition Act of 1894 and the Goa Land Acquisition Act which was amended in 1980, land can be acquired solely for public purpose.
In the first place how this Chorchill the naal issue instructions to the Town and Country Plannning Authority to acquire land to widen the road leading to a private property?
This is a scandal. And in a functioning democracy, the minister should have resigned.
Sadly, where is democracy in Goa? Goa's rule is by kleptocracy (rule of the thieves).
So wake up Goans and fight for your rights.

  7. I still remember Dalia, who gave this arsehole the name Chorchill. He will forever remain Chorchill. Dalia, what name you have for Valanka, leaving aside Big Lips??? Big Lips is too good a name for her. If I was in Salcette, I might have been tempted to suck them. I wonder if Mickey Mouse has already done that.

  8. DLP my darling, Valanka has got Big Lips those grew sucking the shit out of every peace loving Goan. What else could you suggest? Big lips Valanka is the Collector of the Alemao family or All-in-a-mug family. Beware, she is trained to be more corrupt than the father and uncle. If she gets elected, Goa can be auctioned easily. Viola can still be a better agent of prostitution and immorality. Goa seems to be for sale and the crumb eaters are the actual sellers of Goa.
