COLVA POLICE GET AFTER LAAMANIS ON SALCETTE COASTAL BELT

MARGAO: In a bid to do away with the laamani menace, the Colva Police have started a campaign against the laamani menace on Salcete’s coastal belt, the Colva police on Tuesday rounded up seven Laamanis found loitering on the Mobor beach.  The police said the laamanis were booked under Section 2 (a) read with section 26 of the Tourist Trade Act and their goods confiscated. The police said the drive against the laamanis would continue in view of complaints of harassment and nuisance caused to the tourists, especially foreign tourists.
The police are investigating. ACCIDENT: An over speeding car dashed against a Maruti car and a two–wheeler before ramming against a compound wall near the RTO office on the Eastern bypass on Tuesday morning.
The accident occurred when the ill-fated car was proceeding towards Panjim from Margao when the vehicle went out of control and dashed against the Maruti car and the two-wheeler.
The owner of Maruti car D G Redkar said the car was traveling at great speed and went out of control at the spot. DEMOLITION: The Maina-Curtorim police rushed to Dicarpale in Davorlim village to provide protection to a demolition operation.
Heavy earth moving machinery was mobilised to raze down a structure following orders from the court. However, the demolition operation could not take place as the party agreed to remove away the household belongs. (HD)

  1. Dalia has just returned to Goa from Portugal and I think she has pressurised the Colva Police to start this.

Remember ...these PESTS (LAMANIS) dump their finiancial shit(hafta) in the back pockets of Colva Police and other Police agencies.
Thereafter they are scot free to continue selling their wares.
WHATS HAPPENED TO THE TOURIST POLICE THAT WAS BEING FORMED?
I guess Wendell Rodricks has not finished designing their uniforms as he has not been paid.

  3. That a sad news. The guilt must be punished for this event . The government must have a good rule for people trying to avoid or break rule . so this incident will not happen ever after.
